Claims (6)
- 수중의 음파 신호를 감지하기 위한 음향센서 선배열 시스템에 있어서,고장력 인장부재와 신호선 및 전원선이 구비된 신호케이블(8); 및신호케이블(8)을 따라 일정한 간격으로 배열되어 신호케이블(8)에 일체화되어 부착되는 구조를 가지며, 수중 음파신호(6)를 감지하는 다수의 음향센서조립체(9)로 구성된 음향센서 선배열 시스템(1).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음향센서조립체(9)는수중의 음파신호를 감지하여 전기신호로 변환하는 수중청음기조립체(10);한쪽이 신호케이블(8)과 연결되고 다른 한쪽으로 수중청음기조립체(10)와 연결되어 그 사이에서 음향신호가 전송되고 전원이 공급되도록 하는 수밀 커넥터(11);수중청음기조립체(10)가 그 위에 설치되는 구조를 가지며 수밀 커넥터(11)가 부착된 일체형 장착부(12); 및수중청음기조립체(10)와 일체형 장착부(12)를 감싸는 보호덮개(13)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향센서 선배열 시스템(1).
- 제2항에 있어서,신호케이블(8)은 폴리우레탄 피복(16)으로 둘러싸이며,일체형 장착부(12)는 폴리우레탄으로 구성되어 폴리우레탄 피복(16)과 접착하며, 일체형으로 형상화하여 수밀 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향센서 선배열 시스템(1).
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,수중청음기조립체(10)는 수중음파를 전기신호로 변환하는 수중청음기(20), 수중청음기(20)의 미소 전기신호를 증폭하고 주파수 필터링 기능을 갖는 전치증폭기(21), 수중청음기(20)와 전치증폭기(21)를 일체형으로 구성할 수 있도록 소형화한 일체형 센서케이스(22), 전치증폭기(21)의 출력 신호를 신호케이블(8)에 전송하기 위하여 장착부 커넥터(11)에 연결할 수 있는 수밀 커넥터(19) 및 일체형으로 몰딩한 폴리우레탄 몰딩 피복(23)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향센서 선배열 시스템(1).
- 제4항에 있어서,일체형 센서케이스(22)는 수중청음기(20)가 장착되고 하나 이상의 홈(31)을 구비하는 금속재질의 원통형 관(24), 원통형 관(24)과 연결되고 한쪽 면이 개방되어 전치증폭기(21)가 그 내부에 장착되는 홈(25), 홈(25)의 한쪽 면에 위치하여 전치증폭기(21)를 고정하는 암나사(30) 및 커넥터(19)가 조립되는 암나사(28)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향센서 선배열 시스템(1).
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,일체형 장착부(12)는 U자 형 홈을 구비하여 수중청음기조립체(10)가 매입형으로 고정되며,수중청음기조립체(10)와 일체형 장착부(12) 사이에서 오픈셀 스폰지(18)가 더 부가된 것을 특징으로 하는 음향센서 선배열 시스템(1).
