Claims (3)
- 경사, 위사 및 접결사로 이루어진 직물의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트를 포함하는 사를 경사, 위사 및 접결사 중 어느 하나 이상으로 사용하여 제직한 후, 염색가공후 열고정기로 140~170℃로 열처리하여 상기 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트부분을 열융착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 열융착 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트를 포함하는 사는 가연기, 연사기 및 인터레이스기 중 어느 한 가공기를 사용하여 면, 울, 폴리에스테르, 나일론을 포함하는 섬유 중 어느 하나와 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트를 포함하도록 이루어진 복합사인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 열융착 직물의 제조방법.
