Description
Claims (10)
- 상판 상에 상부 스페이서패턴을 형성하는 단계;하판 상에 하부 스페이서패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 상/하부 스페이서패턴이 형성된 각각의 상판과 하판을 가압 및 경화하여 스페이서를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고;상기 상부 스페이서패턴을 형성하는 단계는 상기 상판의 상부에 잉크젯을 정렬시키는 단계, 상기 정렬된 잉크젯 헤드의 노즐을 통해 스페이서 물질을 드로핑 하는 단계, 및 상기 드로핑 된 스페이서 물질을 소정 온도로 프리베이킹 하는 단계를 포함하며;상기 하부 스페이서패턴을 형성하는 단계는 상기 하판의 상부에 잉크젯을 정렬시키는 단계, 상기 정렬된 잉크젯 헤드의 노즐을 통해 스페이서 물질을 드로핑 하는 단계, 및 상기 드로핑 된 스페이서 물질을 소정 온도로 프리베이킹 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상판은,상부기판 상에 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계;상기 상부기판 상에 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계;상기 컬러필터 상에 투명전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 투명전극 상에 상기 상부 스페이서 패턴이 위치하는 배향막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하판은,하부기판 상에 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 박막트랜지스터를 덮도록 보호막을 형성하는 단계;상기 보호막 상에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 화소전극 상에 상기 하부 스페이서패턴이 위치하는 배향막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부 스페이서패턴은 상기 블랙매트릭스와 대응되는 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 하부 스페이서패턴은 상기 화소전극 이외의 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 하부 스페이서패턴은 상기 박막트랜지스터의 채널 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상/하부 스페이서 패턴은 각각 단층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상/하부 스페이서 패턴은 각각 다층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
