Description
Claims (7)
- 송풍기모터(1)와 송풍기모터(1)에 의해 회전되는 송풍기(2)가 설치되고, 상부와 전방에 개구부(3)가 형성되며, 하부에 흡기공(4)이 다수개 형성된 케이스(5); 상기 송풍기(2)를 둘러싸게 설치되고, 전방으로 토출구(6)가 돌출되게 형성되며, 케이스(5)의 개구부(3)에서 일정 각도의 범위에서 회동되게 설치된 에어 가이드(7); 상기 토출구(6)에 설치된 발열체(14);를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 웰빙 바디 드라이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 에어 가이드(7)는 케이스(5)의 내부에 설치된 서보모터(8)에 의해 구동되되, 송풍기(2)의 회전축을 중심으로 회동되는 웰빙 바디 드라이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 케이스(5)의 상부에 형성된 개구부(3) 측에는 커버(10)의 후방 끝단이 케이스(5)에 축지되어 회동되는 구조로 커버(10)가 설치되고, 상기 커버(10)는 회동되는 에어 가이드(7)의 상부면에 얹혀 상부의 개구부(3)를 덮는 웰빙 바디 드라이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 케이스(5)의 전방 개구부(3)의 하단에는 케이스(5)의 내측으로 일정 깊이를 가진 고정단(11)이 형성되고, 고정단(11)의 끝단부에는 단턱(12)이 형성되어, 에어 가이드(7)의 토출구(6)가 안착되도록 형성된 웰빙 바디 드라이 어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 발열체(14)는 토출구(6)에 설치된 원적외선판(15)과, 원적외선판(15)에 나선형으로 감긴 가열코일(16)로 구성된 웰빙 바디 드라이어.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 원적외선판(15)은 토르말린코팅 운모패드로 제조되거나, 황토로 코팅되어 세라믹화된 웰빙 바디 드라이어.
- 바디 드라이어에 설치된 에어 가이드(7)의 토출구(6) 방향을 제어하여 인체의 물기를 말리는 바디 드라이어의 제어방법에 있어서, 일정 거리 떨어진 위치의 사용자의 머리 끝 부분과 토출구(6)가 이루는 선과, 토출구(6)와 사용자의 목이 이루는 선에 의해 결정되는 머리 부분 각도와; 토출구(6)와 목이 이루는 선과, 토출구(6)와 사용자의 허리가 이루는 선에 의해 결정되는 몸통 부분 각도와; 토출구(6)와 허리가 이루는 선과, 토출구(6)와 사용자의 발끝이 이루는 선에 의해 결정되는 발끝 부분 각도와; 머리 끝 부분과 토출구(6)가 이루는 선과, 토출구(6)와 발끝이 이루는 선에 의해 결정되는 전신 부분 각도;를 결정하는 단계; 사용자의 물기를 건조시키고자 하는 부분에 해당되는 각도의 범위에서 토출구(6)의 방향이 결정되고, 상기 결정된 각도의 범위 내에서 왕복 작동하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 웰빙 바디 드라이어의 제어방법.
