Claims (11)
- 불소고무 (fluoro rubber) 100 중량부, 불소계 수지 5 내지 50 중량부, 수산제 5 내지 30 중량부, 판상형 물질과 비판상형 물질의 혼합물로 구성된 무기충전제 20 내지 150 중량부, 경화제 0.5 내지 5 중량부 및 경화촉진제 0.1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 유·무기 복합체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소고무 100 중량부 기준으로 유기 용매 100 내지 600 중량부 및 도료 첨가제 1 내지 10 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소고무의 불소 함량이 전체 불소고무 중에서 67 중량% 내지 99.9 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소고무는 -CH2-CH2-, -CH2-CH(CH3)-, -CF2-CH2-, -CF2-CF(CF3)- 및 -CF2-(ORF)CF-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 반복단위를 포함하고, 이때, -CF2-CH2-, -CF2-CF(CF3)- 및 -CF2-(ORF)CF- 중 어느 하나를 반드시 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 수지는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 (PTFE), 퍼플루오로알콕시 수지 (PFA), 플루오리네이티드에틸렌프로필렌 수지 (FEP), 에틸렌테트라플루오로에틸렌 수지 (ETFE) 및 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드 (PVDF)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전제를 구성하는 판상형 물질은 평균 입경이 30-300㎛이고, 인조흑연, 활석, 마이카 및 글래스 플레이크로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이며, 비판상형 물질은 평균 입경이 15-40㎛인 황산바륨 및 이산화티탄로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 아세테이트계 용제 및 케톤계 용제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 따른 도료 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제조된 구조물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 구조물이 탈황설비에서의 덕트, 굴뚝내부, 배관, 흡수탑, 해수관, 집진설비 또는 열교환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제1항에 따른 도료 조성물을 근적외선을 사용하여 열경화시키는 경화방법.
- 제10항에 따른 경화방법에 사용되는 근적외선 램프가 고정된 이동식 프레임 장치로서, 순차적으로 또는 동시에 상기 도료 조성물을 건조 및 소성할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 프레임 장치.
