Claims (4)
- 회전력을 전달함과 동시에 축방향으로 슬립가능하도록 중공으로 마련된 구동축과 이 구동축의 내부에 삽입되는 종동축을 구비한 유니버셜 조인트의 슬립장치에 있어서,상기 구동축(40)의 내부에 축방향으로 길게 함몰 형성되는 이동부(50)와, 상기 종동축(60)의 내부에 반경방향으로 관통 형성되는 설치부(70)와, 상기 설치부(70)의 내부에 삽입되는 탄성체(80)와, 상기 탄성체(80)에 의해 상기 이동부(50)를 밀착지지하도록 상기 설치부(70)에 삽입되는 지지볼(90)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 슬립장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 설치부(70)는 상기 종동축(60)을 반경방향으로 관통하여 양측으로 개구 형성되고, 상기 지지볼(90)은 상기 탄성체(80)를 사이에 두고 상기 설치부(70)의 양측에 각각 마련되며, 상기 이동부(50)는 상기 지지볼(90)에 대응되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 슬립장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 설치부(70)는 상기 종동축(60)의 축방향으로 다수개가 마련되되,상기 다수개의 설치부(70)는 서로 인접하는 설치부(70)가 상호 교차되는 방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 슬립장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 설치부(70)의 일측에는 상기 지지볼(90)이 이탈되지 않도록 테이퍼 형성된 걸림턱(71)이 마련되고, 상기 설치부(70)의 타측에는 내경이 테이퍼 형성된 고정링(72)이 삽입 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 슬립장치.
