Claims (31)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 기재는 폴리노르보르넨, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리이미드 및 폴리에테르나프탈렌으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 1개 이상의 플라스틱을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 기재는 폴리노르보르넨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은 규소, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티탄, 아연, 게르마늄, 인듐, 주석, 안티몬 및 세륨으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 금속을 1개 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은 규소 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 상기 1개 이상의 성분을 20~95 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 상기 1개 이상의 성분을 50 중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 3개의 (메트)아크릴레이트기를 포함하는 에톡시화 트리아크릴레이트를 5~25 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 에톡시화 트리아크릴레이트 이외에 3개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 펜타아크릴레이트(pentacrylate)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 상기 펜타아크릴레이트를 5~25 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접착 촉진제는 γ-머캅토프로필 트리메톡시실란 및 메타크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시 실란으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 접착 촉진제를 3 중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 접착 촉진제를 5 중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,에톡시화 트리아크릴레이트 이외의 3개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 화합물은 히드록시기, 카르복실기, 또는 히드록시기 및 카르복실기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 에폭시-관능성 화합물을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 경화 후 연필경도가 HB 이상인, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 이루어진 경화물(cured product).
- 삭제
- 경화성 조성물이 플라스틱 기재(길이 20 ㎝, 너비 5 ㎝ 및 두께 100 미크론)상에 코팅되고, 직경이 3.10 ㎜인 막대 주위에 플라스틱이 막대의 표면을 향하도록 하여, 그 결과 경화되는 층이 막대의 반대에 면하도록 감기는 경우, 5~10 미크론 두께의 경화된 조성물 층 중에 균열이 10 이하로 관찰되는 정도의 가요성(flexibility)을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 이루어진 경화물.
- 경화후 접착값(adhesion value)은 ASTM D3359에 따라 측정하여 1 이상인, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 이루어진 경화물.
- (a) 폴리노르보르넨, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에테르설폰 및 폴리에테르나프탈렌으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 1개 이상의 플라스틱을 포함하는 기재; 및(b) 상기 기재상에 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 경화시킴에 의해서 수득되는 코팅을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 기재는 코로나(corona) 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 물건은 광학 디스플레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 물건은 액정 디스플레이 또는 유기 발광 다이오드 디스플레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 물건은 광디스크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 경화시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실질적 가요성 코팅의 제조 방법.
- 기재상에 코팅을 제조하기 위하여 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하는 코팅 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 경화시킴에 의해서 형성된 코팅재로 일부 또는 전부가 코팅된 플라스틱 기재를 포함하는 디스플레이 모니터.
- 제 30 항에 있어서,상기 코팅을 통해 영상을 볼 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 모니터.
