Claims (8)
- 내부에 컨덕터 (11) 를 갖는 케이블을 내부에 수용하는 관통 케이블-수용 통로 (21) 를 갖는 몸체 (22),통로부 (90) 및 상기 몸체 (22) 의 단부 (23) 상으로 끼워지는 일반적으로 컵-형상의 부분 (97) 을 가져서, 상기 통로 (21) 가 상기 일반적으로 컵-형상의 부분 내로 개방되고, 상기 케이블의 컨덕터 (11) 를 수용하기 위해 상기 통로부 (90) 도 상기 일반적으로 컵-형상의 부분 (97) 내로 개방되게 하는 전기적 접촉물 (70, 80) 을 포함하는 케이블 커플링 장치로서,전기전도적 연결을 위해서, 상기 통로부 (90) 의 내벽을 상기 컨덕터 (11) 에 대해 압착하기 위해, 상기 통로부 (90) 가 두꺼운 벽 부분 (92) 에 의해 둘러싸이고,습기가 상기 컵-형상의 부분 (97) 내로 들어가는 것을 방지하기 위해서, 상기 전기적 접촉물 (70, 80) 의 상기 컵-형상의 부분 (97) 을 상기 몸체 부분 (23) 주위에 밀봉적으로 압착함으로써 상기 통로 (21) 의 벽이 그 내부에 삽입되는 케이블의 외주에 접하여 밀봉되도록, 상기 몸체 부분 (23) 이 적어도 상기 압착되는 영역에서 가요성 물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 케이블 (1) 각각이, 전기적 접촉물 (70, 80) 을 가지는 각각의 몸체 (22) 에 연결되며, 일 몸체의 전기적 접촉물에는 암 커넥터 요소가 제공되며 또다른 몸체의 전기적 접촉물에는 상기 암 커넥터 요소와 전기 전도적으로 협동작용하기 위한 수 커넥터 요소가 제공되며, 관상 밀봉 슬리브 (50) 가 상기 몸체들을 연결하며 상기 몸체 (22) 의 원주 주위를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수 커넥터 요소 및 상기 암 커넥터 요소는 각각의 컵-형상의 전기적 접촉물 (70, 80) 과 일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 (50) 및 상기 몸체 (22) 는, 상기 몸체 (22) 에 대한 축선방향 변위에 대해 상기 슬리브 (50) 가 단계적인 (stepped) 저항을 나타내는 위치인 정확한 상대적 축선방향 위치를 한정하는 상호간에 협동작용하는 주위 또는 원주 홈 (41) 과 O-링 (42) 및 링-형상의 홈 (51) 을 구비하며,상기 주위 또는 원주 홈 (41) 은 상기 몸체 (22) 에 형성되고 상기 링-형상의 홈 (51) 은 상기 슬리브 (50) 에 형성되며 O-링 (42) 은 상기 원주 홈 (41) 과 상기 링-형상의 홈 (51) 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 (50) 가, 결합부 (54) 를 통해 축선방향으로 서로 결합될 수 있는 두개의 관상 종측 부분 (50', 50'') 을 포함하며, 각 종측 부분은, 상기 결합부 (54) 로부터의 말단에, 인접하는 상기 몸체 (22) 의 단부 뒤에서 결합하는 걸림 수단 (52) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수 커넥터 요소는, 상기 몸체 상에 압착되는 가장자리부를 갖는 일반적으로 컵-형상의 요소에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 (50) 의 두 종측 부분의 단부에는, 좁은 틈을 두고 각각의 케이블을 감싸는 관상 신장물이 제공되며, 상기 신장물은 감싸는 압착 링을 통해 상기 케이블에 밀봉적으로 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 컨덕터가 몇몇의 또는 다수의 와이어를 포함하며, 상기 컨덕터가 밀봉되어 유체의 축선방향 침입이 방지되도록, 상기 전기적 접촉물의 컵-형상 부분의 압착에 의해 상기 컨덕터가 상기 부분 (23) 및 케이블 피복을 통해 방사상으로 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 커플링 장치.
