Claims (13)
- 다수의 적색, 청색 및 녹색의 부화소로 구성된 적어도 하나의 화소를 포함하는 제1 기판과,상기 제1 기판과 중첩되도록 배치되며, 상기 각 부화소와 부화소의 계면과 대응되는 위치에 상기 제1 기판 방향으로 돌출된 블랙매트릭스가 형성된 제2 기판을 포함하며,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 높이가 3 내지 12μm인 스페이서가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서는 투명한 폴리스티렌 계열인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서는 구형의 볼 스페이서인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서 및 상기 블랙매트릭스 두께의 합은 6μm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서는 상기 화소의 화소정의막과 상기 블랙매트릭스 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판은 상기 제2 기판의 최외곽 영역에 형성된 접착 부재에 의해 합착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제7 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 부재는 실런트인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제7 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 부재는 프릿인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 다수의 적색, 청색 및 녹색의 부화소로 구성되는 적어도 하나의 화소를 갖는 제1 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 제1 기판 상에 높이가 3 내지 12μm인 스페이서를 분포하는 단계;상기 제1 기판과 중첩되도록 배치되며, 상기 부화소와 부화소의 계면과 대응되는 부분에 상기 제1 기판 방향으로 돌출된 블랙매트릭스가 형성된 제2 기판을 위치시키는 단계;상기 제2 기판의 최외곽 영역에 접착 부재를 도포하는 단계;상기 접착 부재에 의해 상기 제1 기판을 상기 제2 기판에 합착시킨 후, 상기 접착 부재를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서는 볼 스페이서인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서 및 상기 블랙매트릭스 두께의 합은 6μm 이상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
