Claims (18)
- (a) 조 미생물 ARA-함유 오일을 조 ω3 PUFA-함유 오일과 배합하여 조 오일 혼합물을 생성한 다음;(b) 조 오일 혼합물을 정제하여 정제된 ω6 및 ω3 PUFA-함유 오일 혼합물을 생성하는 것을 포함하는, 오일 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정제가 인지질, 미량 금속, 색소, 비누, 탄수화물, 단백질, 황, 스테롤, 모노- 또는 디-글리세리드, 포화 트리글리세리드 및 유리 지방산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질을 제거하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 정제가 산 처리, 알칼리 처리, 중화, 수세척, 여과, 폴리싱, 동결 방지 처리, 표백 및 탈취로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,(c) 산처리 또는 검제거, 또는 인지질, 미량 금속, 색소, 탄수화물 및 단백질로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질의 제거;(d) 알칼리 처리 또는 유리 지방산, 인지질, 색소, 미량 금속, 불수용성 물질 및 불지용성 물질로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 제거;(e) 물로 세척, 필요한 경우 건조;(f) 1 이상의 항산화제 첨가;(g) 물로 세척, 표백 또는 색소, 산화 산물, 미량 금속, 황 및 비누로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질의 제거;(h) 여과;(i) 냉각 또는 동결 방지 처리 또는 포화 트리글리세리드 제거;(j) 탈취 또는 유리 지방산, 모노- 또는 디-글리세리드, 산화 산물, 색소 침착 산물, 용매 및 스테롤로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 제거;(k) 폴리싱 또는 불지용성 물질 제거중 (f) 및 (j) 단계를 포함하고, 나머지 단계에서 하나 이상의 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,(1) 제 4 항의 (c), (d), (i) 중 1 이상이 임의사항이 아니거나;(2) 제 4 항의 (c) 내지 (i) 중 1 이상이 조 ARA-함유 오일, 또는 ω3 PUFA-함유 오일, 또는 이들 모두 상에서 수행되고, 생성되는 오일을 이어서 (a)에서와 같이 배합한 다음, 오일 혼합물을 (j), 또는 (k), 또는 이들 모두에 따라 처리되거나,또는 (1) 및 (2)를 모두 만족하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 오일 혼합물은 오일 블렌드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, w3 PUFA-함유 오일이 DHA-함유 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, w3 PUFA-함유 오일이 생선 오일(fish oil)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, w3 PUFA-함유 오일이 미생물 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, w3 PUFA-함유 오일이 유기체(organism) 크립테코디니움 코흐니 (Crypthecodinium cohnii)로부터 유래한 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, ARA-함유 오일이 모르티에렐라 (Mortierella) 목의 진균류로부터 유래한 것인 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 모르티에렐라 목이 모르티에렐라 알피나인 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 정제된 오일 혼합물 내에서(i) ω3 PUFA의 양이 ARA의 양의 적어도 20%이거나;(ii) 정제된 오일이 1:5 내지 5:1의 ARA:DHA비를 가지거나,또는 (i) 및 (ii)를 모두 만족하는 방법.
- 갓난아기 또는 유아와 같은 인간이 쓰기에 적당한 ω6 PUFA 및 ω3 PUFA를 포함하고, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 정제된 오일 혼합물.
- 제 14 항에 따른 정제된 오일 혼합물을 포함하는 식용 제형물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 오일 혼합물을 제형물에 혼입하는 것을 포함하는, 식용 제형물의 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 제형물이 이유식 또는 유아용 조유인 방법.
