Claims (4)
- 구성비계 100중량%를 기준으로, 주성분인 열가소성 고무(TPE)중 폴리스티렌계 수지 40~45중량%에 대해, 부성분으로 파라핀 오일(paraffinoil) 19중량%, 산화방지제(antioxidant) 1중량%, 열가소성고무중 폴리우레탄 콤파운더(TPU COUMPOUND) 10~15중량%, 폴리올레핀계의 플라스토마 폴리머(plastomerpolymer) 20중량%, 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 5중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 흡착판 성형용 열가소성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물을 사출 성형하여 얻어진 진공 흡착판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 진공 흡착판은, 용용수지 온도 180~210℃, 사출압력 45~50㎏/㎠, 금형온도 40~50℃, 사출시간 35~40초의 조건하에서 용융 및 사출되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물에 의해 얻어지는 진공 흡착판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 의해 얻어지는 제품은 쇼와 경도(Shore Hardness ‘A’)가 60~70인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물에 의해 얻어지는 진공 흡착판.
