Claims (6)
- 폐플라스틱 원료를 공급하는 호퍼;상기 호퍼의 하부에 구비되고 상기 호퍼로부터 공급된 폐플라스틱 원료가 투입되어 제 1 가열수단에 의해 용융되며 하판에는 측벽과 근접한 부위에 다수의 용융액 토출구가 원형으로 배치된 용융기;상기 용융기의 하부에 결합되며 상기 용융액 토출구를 통해 토출된 용융액이 경사진 내벽면을 따라 하방으로 이동되도록 설치되는 리듀서;상기 리듀서의 하부에 일체로 형성되고 상기 리듀서의 경사진 내벽면을 따라 이동되어 측벽을 따라 흐르는 용융액이 제 2 가열수단에 의해 열분해되며 통형상으로 된 열분해 반응기;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 누벽식 열분해 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용융기의 상부와 결합되어 상기 용융기 내부에 압력을 가하여 용융액이 토출되도록 하는 가압수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 누벽식 열분해 반응기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열분해 반응기의 지름보다 크고, 상기 용융기 하판에 결합되어 리듀서 내측 중앙에 설치되며 상기 용융액 토출구 내측에서 적하되는 용융액이 리듀서 내벽면을 따라 흐르도록 설치되는 삿갓형 분배판이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 누벽식 열분해 반응기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 토출구의 지름은 1~10 mm이며,상기 가압수단에 의해 가압되는 압력의 범위는 3기압 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 누벽식 열분해 반응기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 리듀셔와 결합되며 상기 리듀셔 내벽면의 내측으로 불활성가스를 공급하는 불활성가스공급수단이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 누벽식 열분해 반응기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 용융기의 상부에는 상기 용융기의 압력상승을 방지하는 릴리프 밸브가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 누벽식 열분해 반응기.
