Claims (4)
- 복수의 와이어가 일정 간격을 두고 종횡방향으로 매듭되면서 이 종횡방향 와이어 중 적어도 일방향 와이어를 그 자체의 단면이 경사지도록 형성하여 루버를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 냉각핀.
- 복수의 와이어가 일정 간격을 두고 종횡으로 매듭된 와이어 매듭체를 이송하는 이송롤러와;상기 이송롤러의 전방에 서로 맞물려 회전되도록 설치되며 그 단면이 코러게이트(corrugate)형으로 이루어져 상기 이송롤러에 의해 이송되는 와이어 매듭체를 코러게이트형상의 냉각핀으로 성형하는 한 쌍의 핀성형롤러를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하여 구성되며,상기 한 쌍의 핀성형롤러는, 와이어 매듭체중 횡방향 또는 종방향 와이어를 그 자체의 단면이 경사지도록 형성하여 루버를 형성하기 위해 그 외주면에 일방향으로 경사지면서 횡방향 와이어 또는 종방향 와이어를 사이에 두고 서로 맞물리는 돌출부와 홈을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 냉각핀 제조장치.

- 복수의 와이어를 일정 간격을 두고 종횡방향으로 매듭하는 단계와;와이어 매듭체를 이송하는 단계와;상기 이송되는 와이어 매듭체를 코러게이트형으로 주름지게 성형하는 단계와; 그리고,상기 코러게이트형으로 주름진 와이어 매듭체중 공기의 흐름을 막는방향으로 배열된 횡방향 와이어를, 외주면에 일방향으로 경사지면서 서로 맞물리는 돌출부와 홈을 각각 구비한 한 쌍의 핀성형롤러 사이로 통과시킴으로써 상기 횡방향 와이어자체의 단면을 일방향으로 경사지도록 형성하여 루버가 형성되게 성형하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 냉각핀 제조방법.
