Claims (6)
- 에어나이프에서 발생되는 소음 및 소용돌이 현상을 방지하기 위한 에어나이프(2) 사이에 삽입되는 바플(5)과,상기 바플(5)을 스트립 폭 방향으로 구동시키며 지지하도록 된 스트립 폭 방향 구동 및 지지부와,상기 바플(5)을 스트립 전후 방향으로 구동시키도록 된 스트립 전후 방향 구동부와,스트립 표면에 불균일한 흐름무늬현상을 방지하기 위하여 상기 에어나이프(2) 하부에 위치하는 유도판(60)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 용융도금라인의 소음제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스트립 폭 방향 구동 및 지지부는 바플(5)을 이송하기 위한 바플이송 실린더(20)와,상기 바플(5)을 지지하면서 스트립 방향으로 이송시키도록 된 바플이송 가이드바(21)와,상기 바플 이송 실린더(20)와 바플 이송 가이드바(21)를 지지하면서 바플과 결합된 슬라이드판(29)과 홈 결합 되도록 되고 바플(5)을 스트립 전후 방향으로 이송되도록 기어가 달린 쉬프팅 모터(28)가 장착되고, 스트립폭 감지 센서(6)가 부착된 지지대(24)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 용융도금라인의 소음제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스트립 전후방향 구동부는 바플(5)의 상단부와 결합되며 상기 지지대(24)의 하부 홈에 결합되도록 동기부가 형성된 슬라이드판(29)과,상기 슬라이드판의 상면부에 고정되어 쉬프트 모터(28)의 기어(27)와 치합되도록 된 쉬프팅 기어(26)와,상기 슬라이드판(29)의 상면부에 고정되어 스트립의 전후 포지션을 감지하는 포지션 센서(40)와,상기 슬라이드판(29)의 상면부에 고정된 장력유도관(41)과,상기 장력 유도관(41)의 내부에 삽입되어 스프링(45)의 탄력에 의해 신축되도록 되고 끝단부가 에어나이프(2) 원통의 센터링 유도판(47)과 결합되어 있는 스프링 연결관(46)과,상기 스프링 연결관(46)과 포지션 센서(40)에 연결되어 있는 센서줄(44)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 용융도금라인의 소음제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도판(60)은 에어나이프(2) 원통하부에 설치된 유도판 실린더(61)에 의해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 용융도금라인의 소음제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바플(5)은 하단면이 스트립 전후방향으로 라운딩 가공된 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 용융도금라인의 소음제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도판(60)은 상기 에어나이프(2) 원통 하부에 설치된 봉(65)을 삽입하도록 된 장 석관(67)과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 용융도금라인의 소음제거 장치.
