Claims (44)
- 5 이상의 모오스 경도를 갖는 제 1 무기입자, 유리 프릿, 용매, 및 하나이상의 용매-분산성 결합물질 또는 용매-가용성 결합물질을 포함하는 슬러리를 분무건조하여 다수의 전구체 응집체 연마 그레인을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 다수의 전구체 응집체 연마 그레인을, 유리 프릿이 적어도 부분적으로 융해하여 각각이 유리 결합물질을 통해서 함께 결합된 제 1 무기입자를 포함하는 다수의 응집체 연마 그레인을 제공하도록 하는 온도 이상으로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는, 다수의 응집체 연마 그레인을 제조하는 방법.

- 5 이상의 모오스 경도를 갖는 제 1 무기입자, 유리 프릿, 용매, 및 하나 이상의 용매-분산성 결합물질 또는 용매-가용성 결합물질을 포함하는 슬러리를, 90℃ 내지 400℃의 유입온도 및 40℃ 내지 250℃의 유출온도를 갖는 분무건조기를 사용하여 분무건조시켜 다수의 전구체 응집체 연마 그레인을 제공하는 단계;상기 다수의 전구체 응집체 연마 그레인을 제 2 무기입자와 혼합시키는 단계; 및상기 제 2 무기입자를 포함하는 상기 다수의 전구체 응집체 연마 그레인을, 유리 프릿이 적어도 부분적으로 융해하여 각각이 유리 결합물질을 통해서 함께 결합된 제 2 무기입자를 포함하는 다수의 응집체 연마 그레인을 제공하도록 하는 온도 이상으로 가열하는 단계를 포함하며,여기에서 유리 프릿은 연화점을 가지고, 제 1 무기입자는 연화점, 융점 및 분해온도 중 하나 이상을 가지며, 상기 제 1 무기입자의 연화점, 융점 및 분해온도 중에서 보다 낮은 온도가 유리 프릿의 연화점보다 더 높고,유리 프릿은 연화점을 가지고, 제 2 무기입자는 연화점, 융점 및 분해온도 중 하나 이상을 가지며, 상기 제 2 무기입자의 연화점, 융점 및 분해온도 중에서 보다 낮은 온도가 유리 프릿의 연화점보다 더 높은 것인, 다수의 응집체 연마 그레인을 제조하는 방법.
