Claims (2)
- a, b, c, d 상을 갖는 8/6(고정자 극수/회전자 극수) 구조의 스위치드 릴럭턴스 모터의 구동을 위한 증분형 엔코더의 회전 디스크에 있어서,기계각 30°의 슬릿이 기계각 60°주기로 회전 디스크 상에 반복 형성되어 상기 a상의 권선을 여자시키는 하이 레벨 신호를 발생하기 위한 제 1 코드 패턴(code pattern)(Ea);상기 제 1 코드 패턴(Ea)과 기계각 15°의 위상차를 갖는 다른 소정 위치에서 기계각 30°의 슬릿이 기계각 60° 주기로 반복 형성되어 상기 b상의 권선을 여자시키는 하이 레벨 신호를 발생하기 위한 제 2 코드 패턴(Eb);상기 회전 디스크가 1회전할 때마다 1개의 기준펄스 신호가 발생되도록 상기 회전 디스크의 다른 소정 위치에 형성되는 기준펄스 신호용 코드 패턴(PZ)을 포함하는 증분형 엔코더의 회전 디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준펄스 신호용 코드 패턴(PZ)은,상기 회전 디스크가 양의 토크를 발생하는 방향으로 회전함에 있어서 상기 제 2 코드 패턴에 의해 발생되는 신호는 하이 레벨 신호로 유지되고 상기 제 1 코드 패턴에 의해 발생되는 신호가 하이 레벨 신호로부터 로우 레벨 신호로 전환되는 시점에서 상기 기준펄스 신호를 발생할 수 있는 소정 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으 로 하는 증분형 엔코더의 회전 디스크.
