Abstract
Description
상기 배터리유닛에 연통되어 차실내의 공기를 흡입하도록 형성된 공기흡입덕트와;
여기서, 상기 배터리유닛(1)은 다수의 배터리셀과, 상기 다수의 배터리셀을 내부에 설치하는 밀폐형 하우징을 일체로 포함하여 지칭하는 것이다. 그리고, 상기 배터리유닛(1)은 상기 공기흡입덕트(3)와 연통되어 상기 토출구(5)를 통해 상기 공기흡입덕트(3)로부터 유입된 공기를 상기 바이패스덕트(11)와 상기 MCU토출덕트(13)로 각각 토출시키도록 구성된다.
Claims (6)
- 다수의 배터리셀과, 상기 다수의 배터리셀을 내장하는 하우징으로 이루어진 배터리유닛과;상기 배터리유닛에 연통되어 차실내의 공기를 흡입하도록 형성된 공기흡입덕트와;상기 공기흡입덕트로 흡입된 공기가 상기 배터리유닛으로부터 토출되도록 구비된 배터리유닛의 토출구와;상기 토출구로부터 모터제어유닛으로 분지되는 MCU유입덕트와;상기 모터제어유닛을 바이패스하도록 상기 토출구로부터 분지된 바이패스덕트와;상기 모터제어유닛에서 토출되는 공기가 통과하는 MCU토출덕트와;상기 MCU토출덕트와 상기 바이패스덕트가 통합되는 통합덕트와;상기 통합덕트에 설치된 블로워팬을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 배터리유닛 및 모터제어유닛 냉각시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기흡입덕트는 상기 배터리유닛의 상측에 배치되고, 차실내의 공기를 흡입하기 위해 상측을 향해 개구된 흡입구가 공기흡입덕트의 길이방향을 따라 직렬로 다수개 구비되고, 상기 흡입구로부터 상기 배터리유닛에 연결되는 부분까지의 전체적인 형상은 C자형을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 배터리유닛 및 모터제어유닛 냉각시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공기흡입덕트는 상기 배터리유닛의 상측 모서리에 연통되고, 상기 모터제어유닛은 상기 배터리유닛의 옆에 인접하여 위치되고, 상기 공기흡입덕트의 하측면은 상기 모터제어유닛의 상측면과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 배터리유닛 및 모터제어유닛 냉각시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 배터리유닛의 토출구는 상기 배터리유닛의 상기 공기흡입덕트가 연결된 부위의 하측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 배터리유닛 및 모터제어유닛 냉각시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 MCU유입덕트와 바이패스덕트는 상하로 수직하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 배터리유닛 및 모터제어유닛 냉각시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 MCU토출덕트와 상기 바이패스덕트는 상하로 수직하게 배치되고, 상기 배터리유닛과 모터제어유닛을 연결하는 직선에 수직한 방향으로 휘어지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 배터리유닛 및 모터제어유닛 냉각시스템.
