Claims (2)
- 엔진 구동상태에서 ECU가 현재 차속이 0이고 CPF 재생 중 상태임을 인식하게 되면 현재 엔진 회전수를 미리 설정된 기준 회전수와 비교하는 단계와;기준 회전수 이상이 될 경우 재생 중 무부하 운전조건에 대응하기 위한 맵 데이터로부터 엔진 회전수에 따른 연료량을 산출하여, CPF의 비정상 연소가 방지되도록, 엔진으로 공급되는 연료량을 산출된 연료량으로 낮추어주는 연료량 제한을 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 디젤매연촉매여과필터의 비정상 연소 방지 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,ECU가 오버런 구간을 인식하고 CPF 재생 중 상태임을 인식하게 되면 스로틀 밸브를 설정된 개도량 만큼 닫아주고 EGR 밸브를 설정된 개도량 만큼 열어주어 흡입공기량을 줄이고 재순환 배기가스량을 증가시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤매연촉매여과필터의 비정상 연소 방지 방법.
