Abstract
Description
상세히 설명하면, 각 몸체(151a)(151b)는 상부케이스(111) 및 하부케이스(115)에 각각 일체로 형성되며 표면은 외부로 노출되어 스테이터홀더(128)의 상면 및 하면에 각각 설치된 스테이터(120)의 몸체(121)와 각각 대향한다. 각 연장부(153a)(153b)는 각 몸체(151a)(151b)의 외면에서 연장 형성되는데, 각 연장부(153a)(153b)는 상호 간격을 가지는 한쌍으로 마련된다. 그리고, 각 벤딩부(155a)(155b)는 각 연장부(153a)(153b)의 단부에서 벤딩 형성된다. 따라서, 각 벤딩부(155a)(155b)도 한쌍으로 마련된다.
Claims (4)
- 상호 결합된 상부케이스와 하부케이스를 가지는 케이스;상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되고, 외력에 의하여 회전하는 입력축에 결합되어 상기 입력축과 동일하게 회전하는 마그네트;상기 마그네트를 감싸는 형태로 상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되며, 토션바를 매체로 상기 입력축과 연결된 출력축에 결합되어 상기 출력축과 동일하게 회전하는 스테이터;상기 상부케이스와 상기 하부케이스에 각각 일체로 형성되며 표면은 외부로 노출되어 상기 스테이터와 대향하는 몸체, 상기 각 몸체의 외면에서 각각 연장 형성된 연장부, 상기 각 연장부의 단부에서 각각 벤딩 형성된 벤딩부를 가지면서 상호 대향하며, 상기 마그네트와 상기 스테이터 사이에 형성되는 자기장을 집중하는 한 쌍의 컬렉터(Collector);상기 상부케이스에 설치된 컬렉터의 벤딩부와 상기 하부케이스에 설치된 컬렉터의 벤딩부 사이에 위치되어 집중된 자기장을 감지하는 센서를 포함하는 토크 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 컬렉터의 연장부는 상호 간격을 가지는 한 쌍으로 형성되고, 상기 각 컬렉터의 벤딩부도 한 쌍으로 형성되며,상기 센서도 상기 벤딩부와 대응되게 한 쌍으로 마련된 토크 측정장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부케이스 및 상기 하부케이스에는 상기 연장부와 상기 벤딩부를 지지하는 지지돌기가 각각 형성된 토크 측정장치.
