Claims (5)
- 피검지물의 이동방향에 대해서 직교하는 방향을 길이방향으로 하는 감자부(感磁部;magnetosensitive portion)를 표면에 형성한 복수의 자기저항 소자와, 상기 자기저항 소자의 감자부에 대해서 자계를 인가하는 복수의 자석을 갖는 장척형 자기센서로서,상기 복수의 자기저항 소자의 감자부와 상기 복수의 자석을 피검지물의 이동방향에 대해서 직교하는 직선 형상으로 각각 배열함과 아울러, 상기 자기저항 소자의 감자부를 형성한 면에 대해서 수직인 자속의 방향이, 인접하는 자석에서 서로 반대가 되도록 상기 자석을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 장척형 자기센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자석은 상기 자기저항 소자마다 각각 1개씩 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장척형 자기센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 자석은 2개 이상의 자석을 단위로 하여 배열되며, 상기 복수의 자기저항 소자 각각은 상기 2개 이상의 자석을 모두 걸치도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장척형 자기센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항 소자는 배치된 복수의 상기 자석의 각각의 인접위치에서, 상기 인접하는 자석에 걸쳐지도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하 는 장척형 자기센서.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항 소자와 상기 자석을 수납하는 케이스를 구비하고, 상기 자기저항 소자의 배열방향을 따라, 또한 상기 자기저항 소자의 감자부에 평행한 면 내에서 지그재그 형상으로 상기 자석이 배치되도록 상기 케이스 내에 프레임부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장척형 자기센서.
