Claims (18)
- 삭제
- 조성물 전체 중량 기준으로 아연 피리치온 0.1 ~ 25 중량%, 상기 아연 피리치온의 Zn2+와 착체를 형성할 수 있는 유기 리간드 화합물로서 시트르산(citric acid), 옥살산(oxalic acid), 락트산(lactic acid), 살리실산(salicylic acid), 타르타르산(tartaric acid), 아세트산(acetic acid), 숙신산(succinic acid), 글루콘산(gluconic acid), 갈산(garlic acid), 말레이산(maleic acid), 스테아르산(stearic acid), 라우르산(lauric acid) 및 팔미트산(palmitic acid)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것, 그 유도체 또는 염류는 상기 아연 피리치온 중량 기준으로 10 ~ 200 중량% 그리고 나머지 물을 포함하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유기산, 그 유도체 또는 염류 이외의 유기 리간드 화합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유기산 이외의 유기 리간드 화합물은 유기 계면활성제류, 폴리쿼터늄계 화합물, 셀룰로오스 계열 화합물 및 수용성 고분자류로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 최소한 하나 이상 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조성물의 pH의 변화를 완충할 수 있고 아연이온과 추가적인 배위결합 능력을 가지는 가용화 안정제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 가용화 안정제는 1차 아민류인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 1차 아민류는 아미노산, 그 유도체 또는 아미노산계열 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제2항에서 제7항까지의 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 방오, 방부제용 첨가제로 사용되거나 항비듬용 모발제품 또는 방오, 목재보존용 도료 또는 페인트에 첨가되는 용도로 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물.
- 아연 피리치온, 아연피리치온의 Zn2+와 착체를 형성할 수 있는 유기 리간드 화합물로서 유기산 및 물의 혼합물에 과산화물을 첨가하는 단계 및 상기 혼합물을 교반하여 아연 피리치온을 물에 용해 또는 콜로이드화시켜서 과산화물이 분해된 아연피리치온 수용액 또는 수분산 콜로이드를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,최종 형성 조성물 전체 중량 기준으로 상기 아연 피리치온의 첨가량은 0.1 ~ 25 중량%이고, 상기 아연 피리치온의 Zn2+와 착체를 형성할 수 있는 유기 리간드 화합물로서 유기산, 그 유도체 또는 염류의 첨가량은 상기 아연 피리치온 중량 기준으로 10 ~ 200 중량%이며, 상기 아연 피리치온의 가용화를 촉진하는 가용화 촉진제로 작용하는 과산화물의 첨가량은 전체 수 용매 중량 기준으로 5 ~ 100 중량%이며, 나머지 는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 첨가 순서로서, 물에 상기 아연 피리치온을 첨가하고 교반하는 단계, 상기 아연 피리치온 수성 현탁액에 상기 유기산을 첨가하고 교반하는 단계, 및 상기 혼합물에 상기 과산화물을 첨가하고 교반하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 유기산은 시트르산(citric acid), 옥살산(oxalic acid), 락트산(lactic acid), 살리실산(salicylic acid), 타르타르산(tartaric acid), 아세트산(acetic acid), 숙신산(succinic acid), 글루콘산(gluconic acid), 갈산(garlic acid), 말레이산(maleic acid), 스테아르산(stearic acid), 라우르산(lauric acid) 및 팔미트산(palmitic acid)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 유기산 이외의 유기 리간드 화합물로서 유기 계면활성제류, 폴리쿼터늄계 화합물, 셀룰로오스 계열 화합물 및 수용성 고분자류로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 최소한 하나 이상 선택되는 유기 리간드 화합물을 추가로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 과산화물은 과산화수소(H2O2) 또는 벤질퍼옥사이드(Benzyl peroxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 조성물의 pH의 변화를 완충할 수 있고 아연이온과 추가적인 배위결합 능력을 가지는 기능을 가지는 가용화 안정제를 상기 유기 리간드 화합물과 함께 또는 순차적으로 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 가용화 안정제는 아미노산, 그 유도체 또는 아미노산계열 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 피리치온 수용성 또는 수분산 콜로이드 조성물의 제조방법.
