Claims (5)
- 건조된 나문재를 중량 대비 10배의 50% 에탄올에서 침적시키고 여과한 후 감압농축하여 에탄올 추출물을 수득하고, 상기 에탄올 추출물에 동량의 헥산을 첨가하여 분획을 하고 다음으로 에틸아세테이트로 3회분획하여 얻어진 에틸아세테이트 분획물인 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화 활성을 갖는 나문재 추출물.
- 제1항의 나문재 추출물을 유효성분으로 하는 천연 항산화용 조성물.
