Claims (5)
- 시험용 엔진을 시운전하는 엔진 시운전 설비용 엔진 출력 조절 장치에 있어서,연료의 공급량을 결정하는 출력조절레버와 상기 출력조절레버의 하부 끝단에 부착되어 상기 레버의 움직임에 따라 회전하는 쓰로틀 기어와 상기 쓰로틀 기어의 치차와 맞물려 회전하는 종동기어와 상기 종동기어의 축에 일단이 결합되는 커플링과 상기 커플링의 타단에 결합되는 포텐셔미터를 포함하여 구성되는 출력조절부;상기 출력조절부의 포텐셔미터로부터 전기적 신호를 받아 구동되는 액츄에이터와 상기 액츄에이터의 구동을 전달하는 푸시풀 와이어로 구성되는 액츄에이터부; 및상기 푸시풀 와이어와 연결되어 상기 푸시풀 와이어의 구동에 의해 좌우로의 변위폭을 가지되, 상기 변위에 의해 연료의 투입량이 결정되는 연료조절 장치를 포함하는 출력제어부;를 포함하여 구성되는 엔진 시운전 설비용 엔진 출력 조절 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 출력조절부에는 출력조절레버를 외부에서 감싸되 레버가 움직일 수 있는 긴 홈을 구비하는 레버 가이드판과 상기 출력조절레버의 상단에 위치하여 고정 되는 블럭고정 클램프와 미끄럼 조절 블럭과 상기 미끄럼 조절 블럭 하단의 홈에 위치하여 상기 레버 가이드판의 외부벽과 마찰력을 가지는 판스프링을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 시운전 설비용 엔진 출력 조절 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 종동기어는 안티백래쉬기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 시운전 설비용 엔진 출력 조절 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커플링은 종동기어 축과 포텐셔미터간의 위치변화에 대응할 수 있는 주름형태의 이격공간이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 시운전 설비용 엔진 출력 조절 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시험용 엔진은 항공기용 엔진인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 시운전 설비용 엔진 출력 조절 장치.
