Claims (7)
- 스티렌-에틸렌·부타디엔-스티렌(SEBS) 10∼20 중량%;호모 폴리프로필렌, 개질된 폴리프로필렌 및 개질된 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 올레핀계 엘라스토머 5∼20 중량%;파라핀계 또는 파라핀-나프텐계 미네랄 오일 25∼40 중량%;탄산칼슘 및 탈크로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 충전제 40∼55 중량%;자외선 안정화제, 자외선 차단제 및 산화방지제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 내후제 0.5∼1.0 중량%; 및무기 안료 0.10∼0.15 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,방향성(芳香性) 성분, 친수성 성분 및 항균·소취성 성분을 함유하는 서방성(徐放性) 미립자 0.05∼0.5 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,방향성 성분은 로즈마리 오일, 쑥 오일, 딸기 오일, 자스민향 오일, 그린티향 오일, 레몬향 오일, 베이비파우더향 오일, 라벤더향 오일 및 파인향 오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이고; 친수성 성분은 에틸렌 비닐 알콜 공중합체, 폴리히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐메틸에테르/말레산무수물 공중합체, 폴리아크릴아미드, 및 아크릴아미드/아크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이며; 항균·소취성 성분은 Ag-제올라이트, Ag-알기네이트, 솔잎 추출물, 피톤치드 추출물, 녹차 추출물, 은행잎 추출물, 어성초 추출물, 허브 추출물, 감초 추출물, 알로에 추출물, 삼백초 추출물, 소나무 추출물, 정향유 추출물, 로즈마리 오일, 세이즈 오일, 라벤더 오일, 자몽 종자 추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자외선 안정화제는 폴리[[6-[(1,1,3,3-테트라메틸부틸아미노)-1,3,5-트리아진-2,4-디일]-[4-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-피페리딜)이미노]헥사메틸렌[4-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딜)이미노]]이고, 상기 자외선 차단제는 2-(2H-벤조트리아졸-2-일)-4,6-비스(1-메틸-1-페닐에틸) 페놀이며, 상기 산화방지제는 N,N'-헥사메틸렌-비스-(3,5-디-tert-부틸-4-히드록시하이드로시나미드)인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재 조성물.
- 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재의 제조 방법으로서,물리적 혼합에 의해 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항의 친환경 인조잔디용 조성물을 조제하고 압출한 후, 수(水) 중에서 절단 및 분쇄하여 타원형 또는 구형의 입자들을 형성시키는 것 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재로서,충진재 입자는 평균 직경이 1.5∼3.0㎜이고, 형태가 타원형 또는 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,비중이 1.1∼1.6 g/㎤이고, 체적 밀도(bulk density)가 0.6∼0.9 ㎏/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 인조잔디용 충진재.
