Claims (11)
- 피인쇄체에 전도성 잉크로서 안테나와 안테나에 접속되는 전극을 인쇄하는 단계와;인쇄된 전극이 건조되기 전에 IC칩을 전극에 구비하는 단계;상기 안테나와 전극을 건조하여 IC칩을 안테나와 전기적으로 접속시키는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안테나와 전극은 그라비아 또는 그라비아 옵셋 인쇄, 플렉소 인쇄, 스크린 인쇄, 로터리 스크린 인쇄, 리버스 옵셋 인쇄, 잉크젯 인쇄 중 적어도 하나 이상의 인쇄방법으로 인쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 안테나보다 두껍게 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 그라비아 또는 그라비아 옵셋 인쇄 시 전극을 안테나보다 두껍게 형성하기 위해, 그라비아 또는 그라비아 옵셋 제판의 전극 제판부를 안테나 제판부보다 깊게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 플렉소 인쇄 시 전극을 안테나보다 두껍게 형성하기 위해, 플렉소 제판의 전극 제판부를 안테나 제판부보다 낮은 높이로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스크린 인쇄 또는 로터리 스크린 인쇄 시 전극을 안테나보다 두껍게 형성하기 위해, 스크린 제판의 전극 제판부를 안테나 제판부보다 두껍게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 리버스 옵셋 인쇄 시 전극을 안테나 보다 두껍게 형성하기 위해, 리버 스 옵셋 제판의 전극 제판부를 안테나 제판부보다 깊게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯 인쇄 시 전극을 안테나보다 두껍게 형성하기 위해, 전극 부분을 중첩 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 IC칩과 전극은 접착성 향상과 보호를 위해, 라미네이팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 IC칩과 전극은 접착성 향상과 보호를 위해, 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 IC칩과 전극에는 접착성 향상과 보호를 위해, 수지가 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선인식 태그 제조방법.
