- 삭제
- 침전도 내부에 설치되어 폐수의 유량, 유속, 농도 등에 따라 폐수의 처리효율을 높일 수 있도록 그 각도가 조절되는 다수개의 플레이트로 경사판을 구성함에 있어서,경사판(5)은 다수개의 플레이트(51,51')가 슬롯(52,52')을 통해 연결바아(61,61')와 스페이서(62,62')로 간격이 일정하게 유지되도록 결합되고,연결바(61,61')는 리프팅 플레이트(6)에 축핀(63,63')으로 연결되고 리프팅 플레이트(6)는 침전조(1)의 내벽체에 고정된 벤드 플레이트(9)에 각운동가능하게 결합되며,리프팅 플레이트(6) 일단은 각도조절구동부(7)에 연동되도록 설치되어 밴드 플레이트(9)와의 축지부(64)를 중심으로 리프팅 플레이트(6)를 좌우로 각운동시켜 플레이트(51,51')가 일정 간격으로 결합된 경사판(5)의 각도가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침전조의 고속멀티 경사판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,각도조절구동부(7)는 리프팅 플레이트(6)의 상단부에 로드바아(71)가 연결되어 로드바아(71) 일측 이동스크류(72)가 감속기(78)의 회전축(77)에 연결된 주동기어(76)와 연동하는 종동기어(75)의 스크류튜브(74)와 나사결합되어 감속기(78)의 정역회전에 따라 스크류튜브(74)에 이동스크류(72)가 나사결합된 로드바아(71)가 진퇴이동함으로써 리프팅 플레이트(6)의 상단부를 로드바아(71)가 좌우로 움직여 각운동 작동되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 침전조의 고속 멀티 경사판.
