Claims (10)
- 해머케이스와,상기 해머케이스 내에 수납 배치되어 에어의 공급에 의해 작동하여 선단에 장착된 비트를 타격하는 다수개의 에어해머와,상기 해머케이스의 후단 동축 상에 연결되는 굴삭축과,상기 해머케이스에 연결되어 상기 각 에어해머에 단독으로 작동에어를 공급하는 다수개의 공급배관과,상기 굴삭축과 상기 공급배관을 회전시키는 회전구동수단과,에어공급수단으로부터 공급되는 작동에어를 상기 다수개의 공급배관에 선택적으로 공급하는 스위블장치를 구비한 멀티에어해머장치를 케이싱 내에 삽통가능하게 배치하여 상기 다수개의 에어해머에 선택적으로 작동에어를 공급함으로써 상기각 에어해머를 각각 단독으로 작동시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비트에는 외주로부터 출몰 가능한 비트이빨이 설치되어 그 비트이빨을 외주에서 돌출시킴으로써 외경을 확대하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 스위블장치는케이스와,상기 케이스에 회전가능하게 설치되고 일단이 상기 다수개의 공급배관에 연결되는 회전체와,상기 회전체에 소정의 간격을 두고 형성되어 상기 케이스와의 사이에 공급실을 형성하는 다수의 오목부와,상기 회전체에 형성되어 상기 공급실과 상기 공급배관을 연통하는 공급로와,상기 케이스에 소정의 간격을 두고 형성되어 상기 케이스에 연통된 다수의 공급구로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 해머케이스의 축심부(軸心部)에는 타겟이 내장되어 그 타겟으로 향하여 설계계획선과 평행하게 레이저광을 조사하고, 그 타겟 상에 조사되는 레이저광의 그 타겟의 중심에 대한 변위량을 검출함으로써 설계게획선에 대한 해머케이스의 편위치(偏位置)를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 굴삭축은 주위에 상기 공급배관이 일체적으로 고착됨과 동시에 양단에 연결부가 형성되어 덧붙일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 굴삭축은 주위에 송수관 또는 오가날개가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치.
- 에어의 급기로 작동하여 선단에 장착한 비트를 타격하는 에어해머를 케이스 내에 다수개 배설한 멀티에어해머장치의 굴삭방향 수정방법에 있어서,임의의 에어해머에 개별로 에어를 공급하여 개별로 작동을 제어함으로써 각 비트의 타격력을 조정하여 굴삭방향을 수정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치의 굴삭방향 수정방법.

- 케이스와,상기 케이스에 회전가능하게 설치되고 일단이 다수개의 공급배관에 연결되는 회전체와,상기 회전체에 소정의 간격을 두고 형성되어 상기 케이스와의 사이에 공급실을 형성하는 다수의 오목부와,상기 회전체에 형성되어 상기 공급실과 상기 공급배관을 연통하는 공급로와,상기 케이스에 소정의 간격을 두고 형성되어 상기 케이스에 연통된 다수의 공급구로 이루어져 상기 에어공급수단에서 상기 다수의 공급구에 선택적으로 작동에어를 공급함으로써 에어해머의 작동을 제어하여 굴삭방향을 수정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티에어해머장치.
