Abstract
Description
종래기술의 장치들로 제기된 문제는 뼈의 삽입물의 위치와 연결부재의 위치 사이에서 최종적으로 고정과 분리 시, 외과의가 결정한 방향성(Orientation)을 유지할 수 있는가 하는 것이다. 조임나사를 포함한 장치에서 이 나사못의 조임은 고정부재와 연결 몸체의 상대적인 방향성을 수정하는 경향을 띤다.
Claims (12)
- 막대 형상의 적어도 하나의 연결수단(1);각각이 척추에 쉽게 고정되도록, 상기 연결수단(1)을 수용하기 위한 U-자 형태의 수용 공간을 적절히 한정하는 두 분기(branch)를 갖는 포크 형상의 헤드(5)를 포함하는 적어도 두 개의 고정수단; 및상기 연결수단(1)을 상기 포크 형상의 헤드(5)의 두 분기부들 사이에 고정하는 조임 나사(13)를 포함하며,상기 헤드(5)의 바닥이, 일반적인 말 안장의 형상을 가지며,상기 헤드(5)의 포크 형상의 외측면이, 상기 헤드(5)에 고정될 독립적인 밀폐부재(3)를 위한 안내부재를 가지며,상기 밀폐부재(3)는 상기 헤드(5)의 포크 형태의 분기들과 협력하는 분기들을 가지는 일반적인 U-자 형태이며, 바닥에 상기 조임 나사(13)와 함께 협력하기 위한 암나사 홈(12)을 가지며,상기 헤드(5)의 안내부재는 아치형의 견부로 형성되어, 상기 연결수단(1)이 상기 헤드(5)의 수용 공간 내에 수용되었을 때 상기 고정수단의 횡단축(24)에 대해 상기 연결수단(1)과 상기 밀폐부재(3)의 회전을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 및 안정화 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(3)는 상기 안내부재의 보조적인 견부들을 포함하며,상기 견부들은 분기들의 형상 기억 또는 유연한 격차에 의해 밀폐부재(3)를 설치하고, 나사를 조일 때 상기 견부들의 횡단면 접촉에 의해 상기 밀폐부재(3)를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 및 안정화 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(5)의 견부들은 원형 아치의 형태이며 상기 고정 수단에 대해 상기 밀폐부재(3)에 대하여 유일하게 자유로운 정도를 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 및 안정화 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보조적인 견부들은 상기 조임나사(13)를 수용할 암나사 홈(12) 쪽으로 수렴하는 접촉 표면들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 및 안정화 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(5)는 바닥이나 다른 곳에 놓이도록 갈고리가 하부로 연장되며, 상기 갈고리는 잠재적인 지지를 위한 유연한 판(28)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 및 안정화 시스템.
- 척추 접합 시술을 위하여 척추에 쉽게 고정하는 고정 부재에 있어서,연결수단(1)을 수용하기 위한 U-자 형태의 수용 공간을 적절히 한정하는 두 분기(branch)를 갖는 헤드(5)를 포함하며,상기 헤드(5)의 U-자 형태의 바닥이, 상기 연결수단(1)이 상기 헤드(5)의 수용 공간 내에 수용되었을 때 상기 고정 부재의 횡단축(24)에 대해 상기 연결수단(1)과 상기 밀폐부재(3)의 회전을 허용하는 일반적인 말 안장의 형상을 가지며,상기 헤드(5)의 외측면이, 상기 헤드(5)에 고정될 독립적인 밀폐부재(3)를 위한 안내부재를 가지며,상기 밀폐부재(3)는 상기 헤드(5)의 포크 형태의 분기들과 협력하는 분기들을 가지는 일반적인 U-자 형태이며, 바닥에 상기 조임 나사(13)와 함께 협력하기 위한 암나사 홈(12)을 가지며,상기 헤드(5)의 안내부재는 아치형의 견부로 형성되어, 상기 횡단축(24)에 대해 상기 밀폐부재(3)의 회전을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 시술을 위하여 척추에 쉽게 고정하는 고정 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(3)는 상기 안내부재의 보조적인 견부들을 포함하고,상기 견부들은 분기들의 형상 기억 또는 유연한 격차에 의해 상기 밀폐부재(3)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 시술을 위하여 척추에 쉽게 고정하는 고정 부재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(5)의 견부들은 원형 아치의 형태이며 척추 위의 고정 수단에 대하여 유일하게 연결수단의 자유로운 정도를 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 시술을 위하여 척추에 쉽게 고정하는 고정 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 보조적인 견부들은 상기 조임나사(13)를 수용할 암나사 홈(12)에 수렴하는 접촉 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 시술을 위하여 척추에 쉽게 고정하는 고정 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(5)는 바닥이나 다른 곳에 놓이도록 갈고리가 하부로 연장되며, 상기 갈고리는 잠재적인 지지를 위한 유연한 판(28)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 접합 시술을 위하여 척추에 쉽게 고정하는 고정 부재.
