Claims (9)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 위치하며, 제 1 전극, 하나 또는 다수개의 발광층을 포함하는 유기막층 및 제 2 전극을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자; 및상기 유기전계발광소자의 일측에 위치하며, 제 3 전극, 전해질층 및 제 4 전극을 포함하는 일렉트로 크로믹 소자를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 전해질층은 하나 또는 다수 개의 일렉트로 크로믹 물질층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서상기 일렉트로 크로믹 물질층은 WO3, MoO3, In(OH)3, In4O2, Fe(OH)2 및 Nb2O3로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 제 3 전극은 산화 텅스텐으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발 광표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서상기 산화 텅스텐은 일반식 KOxWO3+x/2(여기서, x는 1미만의 양수)로 표현되는 산화 텅스텐의 포타슘 화합물을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서상기 산화 텅스텐의 일반식에서 x값은 0.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 일렉트로 크로믹 소자는 상기 유기전계발광소자의 제 2 전극 상에 위치하며, 상기 일렉트로 크로믹 소자의 제 3 전극과 상기 유기전계발광소자의 제 2 전극은 동일 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 제 3 전극은 리튬 이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 유기전계발광표시장치는 반도체층, 게이트 전극, 게이트 절연막 및 소오스/드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
