Claims (22)
- 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트; 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 또는 이들의 혼합물; 우레탄 촉매; 발포제; 및 1 내지 200개의 실록산 반복 단위를 갖는 실라놀 작용성 유기실록산을 0.001 내지 1 pphpp(parts per hundred parts polyol)로 포함하는 실록산계 계면활성제 조성물을 포함하고, 이소시아네이트 지수가 60 내지 100인 반응혼합물을 1단계 공정으로 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실라놀 작용성 유기실록산은 선형, 분지형 또는 환형인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실라놀 작용성 유기실록산은 지방족 폴리에테르, 지방족 플루오르화 또는 지방족 퍼플루오르화 기를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기실록산은 평균 중합체 구조의 실리콘 원자에 결합된 1 내지 10개의 히드록실을 갖는 것인 방법.

- 폴리이소시아네이트; 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 또는 이들의 혼합물; 우레탄 촉매; 물을 포함하는 발포제; 0.001 내지 1 pphpp의 폼 안정제를 함유하며, 상기 폼 안정제는 하기 화학식 I의 실라놀 작용성 유기실록산 조성물을 포함하고, 이소시아네이트 지수가 60 내지 100인 폴리우레탄 폼 형성 반응 혼합물로부터 1단계 공정으로 수득된 폴리우레탄 폼.식 중, R기는 독립적으로 메틸, 페닐, 또는 OSi(R)3이나; 단, 하나 이상의 R기는 임의의 실리콘 원자에 직접 결합된 히드록실(-OH)이어야 하며, X는 0-200의 정수이고, 또 평균 중합체 구조에서 실리콘원자에 직접결합된 1 내지 5개 하이드록시를 갖는 유기실록산이 실리콘 원자에 직접 결합된다.
