Claims (10)
- 서로 대향하는 제 1,2기판;상기 제 1기판 상에 형성된 제 1전극;상기 제1전극을 향하도록 상기 제2기판 상에 서로 분리되어 배치된 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극;상기 제2기판 상에, 상기 소스 및 드레인 전극의 가장자리를 덮고, 상기 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극 사이의 공간에 홀이 형성된 유전체층;상기 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극 가운데 어느 하나의 전극과 접속되고, 상기 유전체층 상에 형성되는 제2전극;상기 홀 내부에 배치되고, 상기 소스 전극과 드레인 전극 사이 및 상기 소스 전극과 드레인 전극 상에 형성된 반도체층;상기 홀 내부 및 상기 반도체층 상에 배치되는 게이트 절연막;상기 홀 내부 및 상기 게이트 절연막 상에 배치되고, 상기 제1전극과의 거리가 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극 사이의 거리보다 멀도록 배치된 게이트 전극; 및상기 제1전극 및 제2전극 사이에 개재된 전기 영동 입자 및 전기 영동 분산매를 포함하는 전기 영동층;을 구비하는 전기 영동 디스플레이 장치.

- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 유기물은 아크릴로 이루어진 전기 영동 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반도체층은 유기 반도체재로 이루어진 전기 영동 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 게이트 전극과 상기 전기 영동층 사이에는 소정의 갭(gap)이 유지된 전 기 영동 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 갭(gap)에는 비유전율(ε)이 1 보다 큰 물질로 채워진 전기 영동 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 비유전율(ε)이 1 보다 큰 물질은 상기 유전체층과 동일한 물질인 전기 영동 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항, 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전기 영동층은,상기 전기 영동 입자 및 전기 영동 분산매를 포함하는 마이크로 캡슐 및 바인더를 포함하는 전기 영동 디스플레이 장치.
