Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- (a) 약 0.005 내지 0.09 g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는, 실질적으로 연속인 다성분 필라멘트의 로프트(loft)한 전구체 웹을 형성하는 단계,(b) 상당한 필라멘트 얽힘을 부여하지 않고서 수행되는 수력학적 배열 처리에 전구체 웹을 노출시켜서 개구를 형성하는 단계, 및(c) 결합된 웹의 밀도가 약 0.005 내지 0.09 g/㎤가 되도록 웹을 자생적 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 부직포 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로프트한 전구체 웹이 실질적으로 느슨한 다성분 필라멘트의 웹을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 로프트한 전구체 웹이 크림핑된 다성분 필라멘트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수력학적 배열 처리가 약 100 psi (평방 인치 당 파운드) 이하의 액체 스트림을 적용하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수력학적 배열 처리가 약 70 psi 이하의 액체 스트림을 적 용하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 웹을 자생적 결합시키는 단계가 가열된 공기를 이용하여 필라멘트간 결합을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다성분 필라멘트의 성분이 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 및 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다성분 필라멘트의 성분이 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 다성분 필라멘트가 스펀본딩법에 의해 형성된 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 연속 다성분 필라멘트가 약 10 내지 35 ㎛의 평균 필라멘트 직경을 갖는 방법.
- (a) 실질적으로 연속인 다성분 필라멘트의 전구체 웹을 형성하는 단계,(b) 상당한 필라멘트 얽힘을 부여하지 않고서 수행되는 수력학적 배열 처리에 전구체 웹을 노출시켜서 개구를 형성하는 단계, 및(c) 웹을 자생적 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 부직포 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전구체 웹이 실질적으로 느슨한 다성분 필라멘트의 웹을 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전구체 웹이 잠재적 크림프를 갖는 다성분 필라멘트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 잠재적 크림프가 웹을 자생적 결합시키는 동안에 활성화되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수력학적 배열 처리가 약 100 psi 이하의 액체 스트림을 적용하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
