Abstract
Description
상기 구형관절의 연동에 의하여 상기 영구자석의 축 방향에 대한 2차원 평면상에서 자기장의 수평벡터가 형성되면, 상기 자기장의 수평벡터의 회전을 감지하여 출력신호를 생성하는 홀 센서;
상기 홀 센서의 출력신호를 입력받아 전동휠체어와 같은 제어대상의 방향 및 속도를 제어하기 위한 신호를 생성·출력하는 신호변환회로; 를 포함한다.
Claims (6)
- 비접촉식 전자조이스틱에 있어서,조이스틱 봉의 상단에 형성된 구형관절의 하단에 연결된 막대형태로 형성되는 영구자석;상기 구형관절의 연동에 의하여 상기 영구자석의 축 방향에 대한 2차원 평면상에서 자기장의 수평벡터가 형성되면, 상기 자기장의 수평벡터의 회전을 감지하여 출력신호를 생성하는 홀 센서;상기 홀 센서의 출력신호를 입력받아 전동휠체어와 같은 제어대상의 방향 및 속도를 제어하기 위한 신호를 생성·출력하는 신호변환회로; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 홀 센서를 이용한 구형관절 구조의 비접촉식 조이스틱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신호변환회로는:상기 영구자석의 자기장의 수평벡터 중 x축 성분에 대응하여 90°의 위상차를 가지는 신호를 입력하는 제 1 버퍼와, x 방향의 홀 센서 내부 기준전압을 입력하는 제 2 버퍼로 구성된 x축 입력 버퍼;상기 영구자석의 자기장의 수평벡터 중 y축 성분에 대응하여 90°의 위상차를 가지는 신호를 입력하는 제 3 버퍼와, y 방향의 홀 센서 내부 기준전압을 입력하는 제 4 버퍼로 구성된 y축 입력 버퍼;신호변환회로 내부의 x 방향 및 y 방향의 기준전압을 각각 발생하는 제 5 및 제 6 버퍼로 구성된 기준전압 버퍼;상기 제 1 버퍼의 출력 신호를 일측에 입력하고 상기 제 2 버퍼 및 상기 제 5 버퍼의 출력신호를 타측에 입력하는 제 7 버퍼와, 상기 제 3 버퍼의 출력 신호를 일측에 입력하고 상기 제 4 버퍼 및 상기 제 6 버퍼의 출력신호를 타측에 입력하는 제 8 버퍼를 구비하여, 상기 신호변환회로 내부의 기준전압과 상기 홀 센서 내부의 기준전압차를 차동증폭 및 저주파통과 필터링하는 저주파통과필터; 및상기 제 7 버퍼 및 상기 제 8 버퍼의 출력신호를 각각 버퍼링하여 출력하는 제 9 및 제 10 버퍼로 구성된 출력 버퍼;를 포함하는 상기 홀 센서의 출력에 대한 신호변환회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 홀 센서를 이용한 구형관절 구조의 비접촉식 전자조이스틱.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홀 센서의 출력신호와 상기 조이스틱 봉의 움직임 사이의 비선형특성은,상기 수학식 1, 수학식 2, 수학식 3으로부터,상기 수학식 4로부터,(여기서, : 영구자석 축 방향 자속 밀도, : 영구자석 축 방향 자속의 수평벡터, k : 선형범위를 결정하는 파라미터, θc : 최대선형범위, n : 선형도, L : 영구자석 길이, D : 영구자석 말단과 홀 센서평면 수직거리, θ : 조이스틱 봉의 기울기, λ(θ) : 조이스틱 봉의 기울기에 대한 비선형 함수, α : 조이스틱 봉의 회전각, ξ : 신호변환회로의 증폭계수와 정비례된 상수값, c : 신호변환 회로의 증폭계수, N : A/D 변환기의 해상도, Vref : A/D 변환기의 기준전압이다)상기 수학식과 같은 비선형특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 홀 센서를 이용한 구형관절 구조의 비접촉식 전자조이스틱.
