- Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2를 모체로 하고, 유로퓸(Eu) 또는 세륨(Ce)을 활성제로 첨가시킨 하기 화학식1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체:[화학식 1](Na v K 1-v ) w Al 2±X Si 6±y O 15±(w+3x+4y)/2 : zRE상기 식에서 v,w,x,y,z는 각각 몰수로써 v는 0<v<1, w는 0.1〈w〈2, x는 0≤x≤1,y는 0≤y≤2, z는 0.0002≤z≤0.25이고, RE는 Eu 및 Ce중에서 하나 이상이 선택된 희토류 원소를 의미한다.
- Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2를 모체로 하고, 유로퓸(Eu)을 활성제로 첨가시키며, 세륨(Ce), 디스프로슘(Dy), 사마륨(Sm), 루테늄(Lu), 툴륨(Tm), Pr, Nb, Tb 및 Er로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 선택된 원소를 부활성제로 첨가시킨 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체:[화학식 2](Na v K 1-v ) w Al 2±x Si 6±y O 15±(w+3x+4y)/2 : Eu z 2+ M u 2+상기 식에서 v,w,x,y,u,z는 각각 몰수로서 v는 0<v<1 이고, w는 0.1〈w〈2, x는 0≤x≤4이고, y는 0≤y≤2이고, u는 0.0002≤u≤0.25, z는 0.0002≤z≤0.25이며, M=Ce,Dy, Sm,Tm,Lu,Pr,Nb,Tb,Er와 같은 희토류 원소가 1개 이상 조합된 조성물이다.
- Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2를 모체로 하고, 유로퓸(Eu)을 활성제로 첨가시키며, Ba,Ca,Sr,Mg,Li,Ge,B,Fe,Cu,Mn 및 Cr로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 선택된 원소를 첨가시킨 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체:[화학식 3](NavK1-v)wAl2±xSi6±yO15±(w+3x+4y)/2: Euz 2+ Mu(상기 화학식 3에서 v,w,x,y,z 및 u는 각각 몰수로써, v는 0<v<1 이고, w는 0.1〈w〈2, x는 0≤x≤4이고, y는 0≤y≤2이고, u는 0.0002≤u≤0.5, z는 0.0002≤z≤0.25이며, M은 Fe,Ba,Mg,Li,Cu,Ca,Sr,Cr,Ge,B 및 Mn 중에서 하나 이상이 선택된 원소이다.)
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자외선용 청색 형광체는 α-크리스토발라이트(α-cristobalite)상, 정장석(orthoclase)상 또는 조장석(albite)상을 주상으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체.
- 제4항에 따른 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체를 발광층에 포함하는 장파장 자외선 발광소자.
- Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2을 모체로 하는 화합물과 유로퓸(Eu) 함유 화합물, 세륨(Ce) 함유 화합물, 사마륨 함유 화합물, 루테늄 함유화합물, 디스프로슘 함유 화합물, 툴륨 함유 화합물, 바륨 함유 화합물 및 철 함유 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 선택된 혼합물질을 에탄올, 이소프로필렌 알코올, 증류수 또는 물 중에서 선택된 용매에 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합된 물질을 오븐에 넣어 80℃∼100℃ 에서 2시간 내지 4시간 동안 건조하는 단계;상기 건조된 건조체를 고순도 알루미나 보트에 넣어 가소온도 800℃∼1000℃범위로 공기 또는 산소 분위기 하에서 1시간 내지 8시간 동안 1차 소성한 후 분쇄하는 단계 및상기 분쇄된 분쇄물을 1~30몰%수소와 70~99몰% 질소의 혼합 가스를 사용한 환원 분위기로 1100℃~1250℃에서 1시간 내지 8시간 동안 2차 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체의 제조방법.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2을 모체로 하는 화합물은 알칼리 또는 알칼리 및 칼리를 함유한 천연 알칼리 장석 분말을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2을 모체로 하는 화합물은 질산염, 초산염, 염화물, 산화물 및 탄산염으로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 선택된 원료물질로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유로퓸 함유 화합물은 유로퓸 옥사이드(Eu2O3), 유로퓸 질산염 또는 유로퓸 염화염인 것을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2을 모체로 하는 화합물은 무정형 실리카(SiO2) 또는 석영 실리카(SiO2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장중파장 자외선용 청색 형광체의 제조 방법.
