Claims (16)
- 반사방지층, 근적외선 차단 및 선택적 흡광층, 투명 글래스 지지체 및 전자파 차폐층을 포함하는 디스플레이용 광학 필터를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 전자파 차폐층을, (a) 아크릴레이트 고분자 수지 5 내지 30 중량%, (b) 가교성 올리고머 5 내지 30 중량%, (c) 광중합 개시제 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 및 (d) 금속 분말 50 내지 85 중량%를 포함하는 조성물을 글래스 지지체 상에 직접 인쇄함으로써 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자파 차폐층의 표면 저항이 0.2 내지 1.2 Ω/□인, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,조성물을 그라비아 옵셋 인쇄법에 의해 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각 층 필름을 적층한 후 별도의 투명화 공정을 거치지 않은 상태에서 측정한 헤이즈가 2~6%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성분 (a)의 아크릴레이트 고분자 수지가, i) 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 20 내지 50 중량%, ii) 방향족 단량체 10 내지 30 중량%, 및 iii) 2-히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 2 히드록시옥틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 및 n-부틸아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 20 내지 60 중량%를 용매 하에서 중합하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 불포화 카르복실산 단량체가, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 비닐초산, 및 이들의 산 무수물 형태로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 방향족 단량체가, 스티렌, 벤질메타크릴레이트, 벤질아크릴레이트, 페닐아크릴레이트, 페닐메타크릴레이트, 2-니트로페닐아크릴레이트, 4-니트로페닐아크릴레이트, 2-니트로페닐메타크릴레이트, 4-니트로페닐메타크릴레이트, 2-니트로벤질메타크릴레이트, 4-니트로벤질메타크릴레이트, 2-클로로페닐메타크릴레이트, 4-클로로페닐아크릴레이트, 2-클로로페닐메타크릴레이트, 및 4-클로로페닐메타크릴레이트 로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성분 (a)의 아크릴레이트 고분자 수지가 중량 평균 분자량이 10,000 내지 100,000인 것임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성분 (b)의 가교성 올리고머가, 적어도 2개 이상의 에틸렌계 이중 결합을 갖는 아크릴레이트계 화합물임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성분 (d)의 금속 분말이, 은, 구리, 니켈, 및 이들을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인쇄용 조성물이 분산제, 블랙안료, 및 유리 파우더(glass powder)로 이루어지는 첨가제 0.01 내지 10 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플 레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반사방지층이 필터의 최외곽부에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,근적외선 차단 및 선택적 흡광층, 및 반사방지층이 하나의 투명 기재의 양 측면에 각각 형성됨을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,근적외선 차단 및 선택적 흡광층이 근적외선 차단 및 선택적 흡광 색소를 점착제에 혼입시킴으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 디스플레이용 광학 필터.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,380 내지 780nm의 파장 범위에 대한 광 투과율이 30 내지 60% 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이용 광학 필터.
