Claims (20)
- 차량 좌석(F)에 연결되는 하중 도입 부재(4), 차량 좌석(F)의 장착부에 연결되는 하중 전달 부재(7), 및 상기 하중 도입 부재(4)와 상기 하중 전달 부재(7) 사이에 배치되는 연장 부재(5)를 포함하는, 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중을 감지하기 위한 하중 변환기에 있어서,상기 하중 도입 부재(4) 또는 상기 하중 전달 부재(7)는 하중의 유효 방향에 평행하게 형성된 평면에서 상기 연장 부재(5)를 에워싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하중에 평행한 전단력을 감지하는 적어도 하나의 선 변형 게이지(wire strain gauge)(9)가 상기 연장 부재(5) 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 하중 도입 부재(4) 또는 상기 하중 전달 부재(7)는 상기 연장 부재(5)를 에워싸는 하우징의 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 하우징의 한쪽 단부(6)는 상기 연장 부재(5)의 한쪽 단부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 하우징은, 적어도 하나의 위치에서 좁은 주변 간극(10)이 형성되도록 연장 부재(5)를 에워싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 좁은 주변 간극(10)은 막에 의해 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,두 개의 선 변형 게이지(9) 각각이 하중의 유효 방향과 평행하게 형성된 상기 연장 부재(5)의 표면(8) 상에 연장 부재(5)의 종축에 대하여 동일한 각도로 대향하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연장 부재(5)는, 상기 선 변형 게이지(9)가 배치된 위치에서 감소된 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 연장 부재(5)는 상기 선 변형 게이지(9)의 영역에서 제 1 리세스를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 리세스의 축은 하중의 유효 방향과 평행하게 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 연장 부재(5)는, 축이 상기 제 1 리세스와 수직으로 연장 부재(5)의 종방향으로 놓이는 제 2 리세스를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 리세스는 상기 연장 부재 내의 제 1 리세스를 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연장 부재(5)는 적어도 부분적으로 모서리가 있는 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연장 부재(5)는, 다른 윤곽들보다 돌출되고 선 변형 게이지(9)를 부착하기 위한 곳으로 작용하는 평면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 좌석 장착부로의 도입 하중 감지용 하중 변환기.
