Claims (5)
- 알칼리 형태의 헤테로폴리산 수용액을 가압하에 교반하면서 온도를 20℃ 내지 50℃ 범위로 유지시키면서 상기 알칼리 형태의 헤테로폴리산 수용액에 암모니아 가스 및 산성 가스를 첨가하여 암모늄 형태의 헤테로폴리산과 알칼리염의 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;상기 암모늄 형태의 헤테로폴리산과 알칼리염의 혼합물에서 알칼리염 침전물을 여과 및 석출하여 순수한 암모늄 형태의 헤테로폴리산 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 순수한 암모늄 형태의 헤테로폴리산 수용액을 건조 및 소성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로폴리산 촉매의 정제방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산성 가스는 이산화탄소(CO2), 황화수소(H2S), 이산화황(SO2), 염소(Cl)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로폴리산 촉매의 정제방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 건조 및 소성하는 단계에서의 소성 온도는 200-500 ℃범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로폴리산 촉매의 정제방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 건조 및 소성하는 단계에서 소성에 사용되는 상기 불활성 기체는 질소, 헬륨, 아르곤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로폴리산 촉매의 정제방법.
