Claims (6)
- 단관 취부장치 컬럼부를 중심으로 등각도를 유지하며 방사형으로 설치되는 8개의 링 프레임 취부대차와, 상기 단관 취부장치 컬럼부를 중심으로 등각도를 유지하며 링 프레임 취부대차 외측에 위치하도록 설치되는 링 프레임 정렬대 올림부와, 상기 링 프레임 정렬대 올림부에 안착 및 분리되고 다수개의 링 프레임이 등간격으로 적재되는 링 프레임 정렬대와, 상기 컬럼부와 연결되고 단관외판 상부면을 가압하는 단관 취부장치 덮개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단관의 링 프레임 정렬 취부장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 링 프레임 정렬대에는 힌지구조에 의해 90°회전되어 링 프레임을 지지하는 링 프레임 받침대가 원형의 정렬대 위에 방사상 형태로 8 곳에 설치되어 있으며, 링 프레임 정렬대는 7개의 링 프레임을 정렬할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단관의 링 프레임 정렬 취부장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 단관 취부장치 컬럼부는 상부가 직사각형의 두개의 컬럼으로 구성되어 단관 취부장치 덮개를 고정하도록 되어 있으며, 상부 직사각형의 안내면으로 단관 취부장치 덮개가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단관의 링 프레임 정렬 취부장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서;상기 단관 취부장치 컬럼부에는 단관 취부장치 덮개를 고정하는 덮개 누름장치와, 덮개 누름장치의 회전기능을 담당하는 덮개 누름장치 회전모터와, 덮개 누름장치를 상승 및 하강시켜 가압할 수 있는 덮개 누름장치 유압실린더와, 취부시 링 프레임과 단관 외판의 추부선 맞춤 및 조정을 위해 단관 취부장치 덮개를 상하 위치조정하는 단관 취부장치 덮개 위치조정 실린더가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단관의 링 프레임 정렬 취부장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 링 프레임 취부대차는 안내레일을 따라 전후진되고, 하부의 취부대차 고정볼트에 의해 고정되며, 취부지그에 설치된 플랜지 고정장치에 의해 링 프레임을 정확한 취부선에 취부하고, 취부지그에 설치된 2개의 웨브 고정쇄기에 의해 단과의 외판과 링 플임의 갭을 억제하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단관의 링 프레임 정렬 취부장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 링 프레임 정렬대 올림부는 링 프레임 정렬대가 접촉되는 링 프레임 정렬대 받침과, 상기 링 프레임 정렬대 받침을 상승시키는 링 프레임 정렬대 올림실린더로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단관의 링 프레임 정렬 취부장치.
