Claims (12)
- a) 전분을 교반하면서 가열하는 단계;b) 상기 가열된 전분에 적산화철을 첨가하는 단계;c) 상기 적산화철이 첨가된 전분을 건조하고 파쇄하는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,d) 상기 a) 단계 전에 상기 전분에 산을 가하는 단계; 가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계는 100~190℃에서 1~2시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 d) 단계에서 산은 상기 전분 중량의 0.2~0.3 %가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서 적산화철은 300 mesh 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서 적산화철은 상기 전분 중량의 3~6 %가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계에서 점결제는 250 mesh 이하로 파쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제 제조방법.
- 상기 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 의하여 제조된 점결제.
- 상기 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 의하여 제조된 점결제를 이용한 주물사.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 점결제는 상기 주물사 중량의 0.2~0.5%가 1차 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물사.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 점결제는 상기 주물사 중량의 0.03~0.1%가 2차 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물사.
