Claims (26)
- 유입구와 유출구를 구비하는 배관;상기 유입구로 유입되어 상기 배관을 통과하는 가스를 냉각시키는 열교환기;상기 가스의 흐름 상에서 상기 열교환기의 후단에 위치하며 상기 가스에 함유된 일산화탄소를 다른 물질로 전환하는 촉매부; 및상기 촉매부를 통과하여 나오는 가스의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배관은 상기 열교환기를 사이에 두고 상기 유입구가 위치하는 제1 배관과, 상기 유출구가 위치하는 제2 배관을 구비하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기는 상기 제1 배관과 상기 제2 배관을 연결하는 복수의 서브배관, 상기 복수의 서브배관 사이에 위치하며 얇고 주름진 형태의 전열판, 및 상기 전열판으로 강제적인 공기 흐름을 생성하는 팬을 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제2 배관에 결합하며 상기 촉매부에서 생성된 물을 배출하기 위한 배출부를 더 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제2 배관과 상기 유출구 사이에 결합하는 제3 배관 및 제4 배관과, 상기 제3 배관 및 상기 제4 배관 사이에 위치하는 또 다른 열교환기를 더 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 두 열교환기는 2층 구조로 배치되는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제4 배관들은 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 구부려지거나 S자 모양으로 구부려진 형태를 구비하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유입구는 중력 방향에서 상기 유출구보다 낮은 쪽에 위치하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.

- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 가스의 흐름 상에서 첫번째 촉매부의 반응 온도가 100~200℃, 두번째 촉매부의 반응 온도가 50~100℃로 제어되는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 온도센서에서 검출된 신호에 기초하여 상기 촉매부의 반응 온도가 기준온도 범위에 위치하도록 상기 열교환기의 작동을 제어하는 반응제어부를 더 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매부는 백금, 루테륨, 로듐으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 귀금속계 촉매를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 촉매부는 세륨, 철, 망간으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조촉매를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매부는 산화물 담체에 베이스 금속과, 세륨, 철, 망간으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조촉매를 담지하여 이루어지는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매부는 허니컴 형태의 지지체와 상기 지지체에 코팅된 촉매를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매부는 슬러리 타입으로 상기 배관의 내표면에 코팅된 촉매를 포함하 는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매부는 알갱이 형태의 촉매와 상기 촉매를 지지하는 망상체를 포함하는 PROX 반응기.
- 유입구와 유출구를 구비한 배관에 결합하며 상기 배관을 통과하는 가스를 냉각시키는 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기의 후단에 위치하며 상기 가스에 함유된 일산화탄소 농도를 저감시키는 촉매부와, 상기 촉매부를 통과하여 나오는 가스의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법으로서,상기 온도센서에서 검출된 온도를 기준온도 범위와 비교하는 단계;상기 검출된 온도가 상기 기준온도 범위에 있으면, 상기 열교환기를 저속으로 작동시키는 단계; 및상기 검출된 온도가 상기 기준온도 범위를 초과이면, 상기 열교환기를 고속으로 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기는 상기 촉매부를 통과하는 가스를 냉각시키는 또 다른 열교환기를 더 포함하며,상기 방법은 상기 검출된 온도가 상기 기준온도 범위를 초과할 때, 상기 또 다른 열교환기를 추가로 작동시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기는 상기 열교환기 전단에 위치하는 또 다른 온도센서를 더 포함하며,상기 방법은 상기 또 다른 온도센서에서 검출된 온도가 한계온도를 초과할 때, 상기 배관으로의 상기 가스 유입을 차단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법.
- 유입구와 유출구를 구비한 배관에 결합하여 상기 배관을 통과하는 가스를 냉각시키는 제1 열교환기와, 상기 제1 열교환기의 후단에 위치하며 상기 가스에 함유된 일산화탄소 농도를 저감시키는 제1 촉매부와, 상기 제1 촉매부를 통과하여 나오는 가스의 온도를 측정하는 제1 온도센서와, 상기 제1 촉매부를 통과하는 가스를 냉각시키는 제2 열교환기와, 상기 제2 열교환기의 후단에 위치하며 상기 제1 촉매부를 통과하는 가스 내의 일산화탄소 농도를 추가적으로 저감시키는 제2 촉매부와, 상기 제2 촉매부를 통과하여 나오는 가스의 온도를 측정하는 제2 온도센서를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법으로서,상기 제1 온도센서에서 검출된 제1 온도를 제1 기준온도 범위와 비교하고, 상기 제2 온도센서에서 검출된 제2 온도를 제2 기준온도 범위와 비교하는 단계;상기 제1 온도가 상기 제1 기준온도 범위를 초과하면, 상기 제1 열교환기를 작동시키는 단계; 및상기 제2 온도가 상기 제2 기준온도 범위를 초과하면, 상기 제2 열교환기를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 제1 열교환기를 작동시키는 단계는 상기 제1 열교환기를 일정 시간 동안 제1 레벨로 작동시킨 후 다시 검출된 제1 온도가 상기 제1 기준온도 범위를 여전히 초과하면, 상기 제1 열교환기를 상기 제1 레벨보다 냉각률이 높은 제2 레벨로 작동시키는 일련의 단계들을 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 제2 열교환기를 작동시키는 단계는 상기 제2 열교환기를 일정 시간 동안 제1 레벨로 작동시킨 후 다시 검출된 제2 온도가 상기 제2 기준온도 범위를 여전히 초과하면, 상기 제2 열교환기를 상기 제1 레벨보다 냉각률이 높은 제2 레벨로 작동시키는 일련의 단계들을 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기는 상기 제1 열교환기 전단에 위치하는 제 3 온도센서를 더 포함하며,상기 방법은 상기 제3 온도센서에서 검출된 온도가 한계온도를 초과할 때, 상기 배관으로의 상기 가스 유입을 차단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 열교환기 일체형 PROX 반응기의 운전 방법.
