Claims (4)
- 오염된 공기를 외부로 배출하고, 외부의 신선한 공기를 내부로 유입하도록 양단부에 배기덕트(60)와 급기덕트(61)를 각각 형성하며, 내부의 공기를 배출할때 손실되는 냉/열기를 이용해서 내부로 유입되는 외기를 냉각/가열시키며 유입시키는 열교환기에 있어서,상기 배기덕트(60)와 급기덕트(61) 사이에 열교환을 발생시키는 열교환기(30)를 형성하되, 상기 열교환기(30)는 전면과 후면의 테두리에 수평의 가장자리로부터 일정간격으로 이격된 지점에서 기준면(100)으로부터 돌출턱(200)보다 상대적으로 높게 상부로 돌출되는 제 1결합턱(11)과 상기 제 1결합턱(11)의 내측에 형성하며 기준면(100)으로부터 하부로 파여진 형상을 가지는 제 2결합턱(12)을 형성하고, 좌/우 양단부는 경사지게 형성된 좌우 단면을 가지되, 일측 단면의 테두리에는 기준면(100)으로부터 상부로 돌출된 수평의 가장자리와 상기 가장자리로부터 일정간격 이격되어 상부로 돌출되는 돌출턱(200)을 구비함으로써 이들 사이에 형성되되 길이방향으로 파여진 제 1밀폐홈(13)을 형성하고, 타측 경사진 단면의 테두리에는 수평의 가장자리로부터 일정간격 이격되어 기준면(100)으로부터 하부로 파여진 제 2밀폐턱(14)을 형성한 제 1전열판(10)과;상기 제 1전열판(10)에 대응되며 상부 또는 하부에 결합되되, 상기 제 1전열판(10)의 제 1결합턱(11)이 삽입 결합되는 제 1결합홈(21)과 상기 제 2결합턱(12)에 대응되는 제 2결합홈(22)이 전/후면 테두리에 형성되고, 좌/우 양단부는 경사지게 형성된 좌우 단면을 가지되, 일측 단면의 테두리는 상기 제 1밀폐홈(13)에 끼워져 냉/열기의 유로를 차단하는 제 1밀폐턱(23)을 형성하고, 타측단면의 테두리는 상기 제 2밀폐턱(14)이 대응결합되는 제 2밀폐홈(24)을 형성하며, 상기 제 1전열판(10)의 타측단면 사이에 냉/열기가 유입/배출되는 입출구(50)를 형성하는 제 2전열판(20); 으로 이루어지며,상기 제 1전열판(10)과 제 2전열판(20)이 상호 대응되도록 다수개가 번갈아가며 적층되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치용 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1전열판(10)과 제 2전열판(20)은 냉/열기의 방향을 유도하도록, 냉/열기가 유입/배출되는 양단부 상면에 가이드바(40)를 형성하고, 중단에는 상부로 돌출되는 다수개의 요철부재(41)를 일정간격 이격하며 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치용 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1전열판(10)과 제 2전열판(20)은 다수개가 상호 대응되며 적층될 경우, 적층된 상기 다수개의 제 1, 2전열판(10, 20)을 고정하기 위해, 상기 제 1전열판(10)에는 체결공(70)을 일정간격 이격하여 복수개 천공하고, 상기 제 2전열판(20)에는 체결공(70)과 상, 하부에서 대응되되 내부가 관통된 체결돌기(71)를 상부로 복수개 돌출 형성시켜, 체결부재(72)가 다수개로 적층된 상기 제 1, 2전열판(10, 20)의 체결공(70)과 체결돌기(71)에 연속적으로 삽설되어 상기 다수개의 제 1, 2전열판(10, 20)을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치용 열교환기.
