Claims (9)
- 근접장 광 저장장치에 있어서,광 디스크의 기록층으로부터 반사된 광신호를 인식하여 대물렌즈와 고체탐침렌즈(SIL)의 틸트를 조정하기 위한 포토다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 광 저장장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포토다이오드는 광 디스크에서 반사되어 입사되는 광 신호를 중심으로 균등하게 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 광 저장장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포토다이오드는 적어도 4분할 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 광 저장장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 포토다이오드는 분할된 영역 중 수직으로 좌, 우를 균등하게 분할하였을 때 좌측에 배치되는 포토다이오드에 입사되는 신호와 우측에 배치되는 포토다이오드에 입사되는 신호의 차를 이용하여 좌, 우 틸트를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 광 저장장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 포토다이오드는 분할된 영역 중 수평으로 상, 하를 균등하게 분할하였을 때 상측에 배치되는 포토다이오드에 입사되는 신호와 하측에 배치되는 포토다이오드에 입사되는 신호의 차를 이용하여 상, 하 틸트를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 광 저장장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 틸트의 크기는 상기 고체탐침렌즈와 광 디스크를 접근시킨 후 상기 고체탐침렌즈와 광 디스크가 접촉하였을 때 상기 포토다이오드로 입사되는 신호의 세기를 이용하여 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장 광 저장장치.
- 기록매체로부터 반사된 광을 이용하여 광픽업을 콘트롤하는 방법에 있어서,상기 반사된 광을 포토다이오드를 이용하여 2이상의 신호로 생성하고, 상기 2이상의 신호를 비교하여 그 차 값에 근거하여 틸트를 조정하며, 상기 광픽업은 고체탐침렌즈(SIL)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 콘트롤 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 포토다이오드는 적어도 4분할 이상이고, 상기 2이상의 신호는 고체탐침렌즈의 진행방향을 기준으로 좌측과 우측에 대응하는 신호이거나 상측과 하측에 대응하는 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 픽업 콘트롤 방법.
