Claims (4)
- 내측에 가스공급구(10)와 버너헤드용 설치공간(12)이 확보되어 있는 가스공급케이싱(1)과, 상기 가스공급케이싱(1)의 설치공간(12)에 결합 설치되고 가스를 공급 연소하기 위한 방사선회노즐부(30)와 착화부(32)가 마련되는 소량공급노즐부(34)를 각각 갖추어 구성되는 버너헤드(3)를 포함하여 이루어지는 통상의 고화력 가스버너에 있어서,상기 가스공급케이싱(1)은 외측으로 상부플랜지(18)와 하부설치돌부(22)를 일체로 형성하고 내측으로 하부플랜지(20)를 마련하여 이루어지고,상기 버너헤드(3)는 외측으로 상부플랜지(38), 중간차단돌부(36) 및 하부플랜지(40)를 각각 이격된 위치로 형성하고 내측에는 화구(42)를 형성하여 이루어지되,상기 상부플랜지(38)와 상기 중간차단돌부(36)의 사이로서 둘레에는 다수의 경사노즐공(44)를 형성하여 방사선회노즐부(30)를 구성하고,상기 중간차단돌부(36)와 하부플랜지(40) 사이로서 일측에는 길이 방향으로 다수의 노즐공(46)을 형성하여 소량공급노즐부(34)를 구성하며,내부 일측에는 상기 소량공급노즐부(34)를 감싸는 형태로 가이더(48)를 설치하고 착화부(32)를 마련하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식당용 고화력 가스버너.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소량공급노즐부(34)를 구성하게 되는 다수의 노즐공(46)은 그 구멍의 방향이 상향으로 경사지게 형성되고,방사선회노즐부(30)를 이루게 되는 다수의 경사노즐공(44)은 화구(42) 내측으로서 상향으로 그리고 중심방향이 아니라 중심에서 떨어진 위치 방향으로 경사지게 구멍의 방향이 형성되어 이루어지되,인접된 경사노즐공(44)과는 서로 일정한 각도만큼 서로 편차를 갖도록 구성되어 이루어져 혼합가스의 공급시 화구(42)의 내부에서 선회류 형태로 공급되어 이로 인하여 발생되는 화염도 화구(42)의 내부에서 선회하면서 상향으로 움직이도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식당용 고화력 가스버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스공급케이싱(1)의 설치공간(12)에 상기 버너헤드(3)를 끼워 결합하면 상기 버너헤드(3)의 상부플랜지(38) 저부는 가스공급케이싱(1)의 상부플랜지(18) 상부면과 서로 밀착되고,상기 버너헤드(3)의 하부플랜지(40) 저부는 가스공급케이싱(1)의 하부플랜지(40) 상부면과 밀착되며 상기 버너헤드(3)의 중간차단돌부(36)는 가스공급케이 싱(1)의 설치공간(12) 일측과 서로 간극이 형성되도록 이격된 상태로 결합되어상기 가스공급케이싱(1)과 버너헤드(3)의 사이로서 중간차단돌부(36)의 상부는 가스확산공급공간(24)을 형성하고 중간차단돌부(36)의 하부엔 고른 가스공급을 위한 압력유지공간(26)을 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식당용 고화력 가스버너.
