Claims (8)
- 발광 영역과 상기 발광 영역 주변의 비발광 영역으로 구분되는 화소가 복수개 구비되는 기판, 및상기 기판 상의 발광 영역에 형성되며 구동 회로부의 구동 신호에 따라 발광하는 발광부를 포함하며,상기 발광부는,상기 구동 회로부와 전기적으로 연결된 제1 전극,상기 제1 전극 상에 형성되며, 상기 발광 영역에 배치된 유기층,상기 유기층을 덮으며, 상기 발광 영역과 상기 비발광 영역에 배치된 제2 전극, 그리고상기 비발광 영역에서 상기 제2 전극 상에 형성된 보조 전극을 포함하며,상기 구동 회로부는,상기 기판상에 형성된 게이트 전극,상기 게이트 전극을 덮는 층간 절연막,상기 층간 절연막 위에 형성된 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하며,상기 제1전극은 상기 드레인 전극과 전기적으로 연결된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 발광 영역에 대응하는 개구부를 가지고 상기 제2 전극 아래에 배치된 화소 정의막을 더 포함하며,상기 유기층은 상기 화소 정의막의 개구부에 형성되고, 상기 보조 전극은 상기 화소 정의막 상에 형성된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 제2 전극은 금속 박막으로 형성된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 보조 전극은 투명한 도전성 물질을 포함하여 투광성으로 만들어진 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 보조 전극은 불투명한 도전성 물질을 포함하여 비투광성으로 만들어진 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서,상기 소스 전극 및 상기 드레인 전극을 덮으며, 상기 드레인 전극의 일부를 드러내는 컨택홀을 갖는 평탄화막을 더 포함하고,상기 제1 전극은 상기 평탄화막 위에 형성되며 상기 컨택홀을 통해 상기 드레인 전극과 연결된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 전극은 상기 드레인 전극에서 연장되어 동일한 층에 형성된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
