- 압연장치 내부에 구비되는 작업 롤 초크의 제조방법에 있어서,a) 상기 롤 초크의 기본이 되는 주조품을 생성하는 주조단계;b) 상기 기본 주조품의 베어링이 구비되는 내면에 최종 제품을 기준으로 3~5mm 깊이의 홈이 형성되도록 하고, 그 외 부위에 최종 제품을 기준으로 3~5mm의 여유를 갖도록 황삭가공하는 황삭가공단계;c) 상기 홈에 용접부위를 100~120℃로 예열하고, 상기 용접층간 온도를 180~220℃로 설정하며, 스텐레스(Stainless)계열 용접봉을 이용하여 육성용접하여 1~2mm 높이의 1차 육성용접층을 형성하는 1차 육성용접층 형성단계;d) 상기 1차 육성용접층에 용접부위를 150~170℃로 예열하고, 상기 용접층간 온도를 280~320℃로 설정하며, 13Cr을 육성용접하여 7~13mm 높이의 2차 육성용접층을 형성하는 2차 육성용접층 형성단계; 및e) 상기 육성용접층이 형성된 주조품을 정삭가공하여 치수를 조절하는 정삭가공단계; 를 포함하여 제조되며,상기 c) 단계 및 d) 단계는 플럭스 혼입 와이어 용접법(MAG용접법) 또는 피복 아크(ARC) 용접법을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 롤 초크의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 롤 초크의 제조방법은상기 b) 단계 이후에, f) 상기 황삭가공된 제품을 비파괴검사하고 검사 결과와 기준 품질을 비교하여 상기 황삭가공된 제품의 품질을 판단하는 품질 판단단계; 가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 롤 초크의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 롤 초크의 제조방법은상기 f) 단계에서 판단결과가 기준에 미치지 못할 경우, 상기 f) 단계 이후에 g) 상기 황삭가공된 홈 표면에 아크-에어 가우징(Arc-Air Gouging) 또는 연삭(Grinding)가공하여 결함을 제거하는 결함제거단계; 가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 롤 초크의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 롤 초크의 제조방법은상기 c) 단계 이후에 h) 600±25℃의 온도로 50~70분 동안 열처리하는 응력제거단계; 가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 롤 초크의 제조 방법.
