Abstract
Description
본 발명의 스팟팅 핀은 소정의 내경을 갖는 저장조부와, 상기 저장조부 내경의 0.003 내지 0.2배 크기의 내경을 갖는 모세관부가 일체형으로 연결되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 모세관부의 내경은 바람직하게는 저장조부 내경의 0.033 내지 0.2배, 또는 0.003 내지 0.1배이며, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.003 내지 0.02배이다. 또한, 본 발명의 스팟팅 핀은 바람직하게는 모세관부의 내경이 0.01 내지 0.5mm이고 길이는 0.5 내지 3mm이며, 더욱 바람직하게는 모세관부의 말단부의 내경이 10㎛ 내지 50㎛이고, 특히 바람직하게는 10㎛ 내지 500㎛이다.
Claims (12)
- 모세관부와 상기 모세관부의 내경보다 더 큰 내경을 갖는 관으로 이루어진 저장조부가 일체형으로 연결되어 있으며, 상기 모세관부의 내경은 상기 저장조부 내경의 0.003 내지 0.2배 크기이고, 시료 용액이 채워지기 원하는 위치까지 내부가 친수성 표면 처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 시료의 미세 배열 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 모세관부의 내경이 저장조부의 내경의 0.033 내지 0.2배인 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 모세관부의 내경이 0.01 내지 0.5mm 이고 길이는 0.5 내지 3mm인 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팟팅 핀.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 모세관부의 내경이 저장조부 내경의 0.003 내지 0.1배인 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 모세관부의 내경이 저장조부 내경의 0.003 내지 0.02배인 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 모세관부의 말단부의 내경이 10㎛ 내지 50㎛인 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 모세관부의 말단부의 내경이 10㎛ 내지 500㎛인 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 핀의 재질이 금속 또는 유리인 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 핀의 재질이 소다 라임(Soda Lime) 유리인 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 핀의 재질이 보로실리케이트 유리인 것임을 특징으로하는 스팟팅 핀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 모세관부가 하단부의 내경이 상단부의 내경보다 작은 테이퍼 형상으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팟팅 핀.
