- (1) 나일론6, 나일론6,6, 나일론6,9, 나일론6,10, 폴리비닐알코올, 에틸렌비닐알코올, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트, 폴리비닐클로라이드 및 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 열가소성 플라스틱과 유기화 또는 비유기화 합성 판상 클레이, 천연 판상 클레이 또는 마이카에서 선택되는 판상 실리케이트를 용융 혼련하여, 상기 열가소성 플라스틱이 상기 판상 실리케이트의 층사이에 삽입되어 층간 박리를 이루고, 상기 판상 실리케이트가 나노컴퍼지트 100중량% 중에 1~10중량% 함유된 열가소성 플라스틱-판상 실리케이트 나노컴퍼지트를 얻는 단계;(2) 상기 열가소성 나노컴퍼지트와 0.5~1미크론의 고무 입자를 포함하는 고무를 용융 혼련한 후 m-페닐렌비스말레이미드, 과산화수소계 또는 유황계 가교제를 첨가하여 동적가교시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어의 인너라이너 조성물의 제조방법.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 (2)단계에서는, 상기 열가소성 나노컴퍼지트와 고무를 1차 배합하여 용융 혼련한 후, 동적가교제를 2차 배합하여 마스터 배치를 얻고, 상기 마스터 배치에 추가로 열가소성 나노컴퍼지트를 배합한 후 동적가교를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어의 인너라이너 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 (2)단계에서는, 열가소성 플라스틱과 고무를 1차 배합하여 용융 혼련한 후, 동적가교제를 2차 배합하여 마스터 배치를 얻고, 상기 마스터 배치에 열가소성 나노컴퍼지트를 배합한 후 동적가교를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어의 인너라이너 조성물의 제조방법.
