Claims (4)
- 벨트 컨베이어의 벨트 상에 부착된 부착광을 제거하기 위해 마련된 부착광 제거장치에 있어서,철광석이나 석회석 또는 유연탄 등 각종 원료를 운반하는 컨베이어 벨트(100);상기 컨베이어 벨트(100) 하부에 마련되어 이 이동중인 컨베이어 벨트(100)에 진동을 가할 수 있게 구성된 진동 롤러(200);상기 진동 롤러(200) 양측에 마련되어 컨베이어 벨트(100)에서 떨어진 부착광이 비산되는 것을 방지하기 위해 구비된 부착광 슈트(300);상기 부착광 슈트(300) 사이에 설치되어 컨베이어 벨트(100)에서 떨어진 부착광을 포집할 수 있도록 외부에 여과천(410)이 덮여진 집진여과천 지지물(420)과, 이 집진여과천 지지물(420) 전방에 구성된 축수하우징(430)과, 이 축수하우징(430)과 연결 설치되어 회전 가능하도록 집진여과천 지지물(420) 내부에 설치된 팬(440)으로 구성된 집진부(400);상기 컨베이어 벨트(100)의 상부 양측에 마련되어 컨베이어 벨트(100)의 전진하는 힘에 의해 회전 가능하게 마련된 한 쌍의 상부 지지 롤러(500);상기 상부 지지 롤러(500) 외주면과 접촉되어 상부 지지 롤러(500)가 회전하는 힘에 의해 회전될 수 있도록 마련된 마찰구동 롤러(600);상기 마찰구동 롤러(600) 단부에 그 일단이 연결되고 그 타단은 상기 축수하 우징(430)에 연결되어 마찰구동 롤러(600)의 회전에 의해 축수하우징(430)에 연결된 팬(440)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 구성된 구동와이어(700); 및,상기 상부 지지 롤러(500) 사이에 설치되어 컨베이어 벨트(100)의 진동을 받는 상부 진동 롤러(800);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 부착광 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동 롤러(200)는 사각형 또는 다각형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 부착광 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부착광 슈트(300)는 컨베이어 벨트(100)에서 떨어진 부착광을 한 곳으로 포집할 수 있도록 하부로 내려갈수록 좁게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 부착광 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 진동 롤러(800) 후단부에는 제1 진동전달 축(820)이 고정베어링 하우징(810)에 연결 설치되고, 상기 제1 진동전달 축(820)에는 하부로 절곡 연장된 제2 진동전달 축(830)과 이 제2 진동전달 축(830)에는 여과천(410)에 부착된 미세 잔광을 컨베이어 벨트(100)의 진동에 의해 낙하시킬 수 있도록 여과천 지지봉축(840)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 부착광 제거장치.
