Claims (21)
- (1) 제 1 연마재 현탁액을 배면 시트 위에 코팅하고 건조시켜 서로 이격된 3차원 연마재 구조물들을 형성한 후,(2) 형성된 3차원 연마재 구조물들에 대해, 제 2 연마재 현탁액을 하기 수학식 1에 따라 산출된 각도(A)로 분사 코팅(spray coating)하고 건조시켜, 3차원 연마재 구조물 위에 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 포함하는,코팅된 3차원 연마재 구조물을 갖는 연마포지의 제조방법:수학식 1A = atan{H/(D-R/2)}상기 식에서,H 및 R은 각각 3차원 연마재 구조물의 높이 및 직경을 나타내고,D는 3차원 연마재 구조물들 사이의 간격을 나타낸다.
- (1) 제 1 연마재 현탁액을 배면 시트 위에 코팅하고 건조시켜 서로 이격된 3차원 연마재 구조물들을 형성한 후,(2) 형성된 3차원 연마재 구조물들에 대해, 1차 접착제 조성물을 하기 수학식 1에 따라 산출된 각도(A)로 분사 코팅하고 연마재를 전착 코팅(electrostatic coating)한 다음 2차 접착제 조성물을 하기 수학식 2에 따라 산출된 각도(A')로 분사 코팅하고 건조시켜, 3차원 연마재 구조물 위에 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 포함하는,코팅된 3차원 연마재 구조물을 갖는 연마포지의 제조방법:수학식 1A = atan{H/(D-R/2)}수학식 2A' = atan{H'/(D-R/2)}상기 식에서,H 및 R은 각각 3차원 연마재 구조물의 높이 및 직경을 나타내고,H'는 3차원 연마재 구조물의 높이(H)에, 그 위에 코팅된 1차 접착제 조성물과 연마재의 높이를 더한 높이를 나타내고,D는 3차원 연마재 구조물들 사이의 간격을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (1)에서, 스크린 메쉬 롤 코팅기를 사용하여 제 1 연마재 현탁액을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,스크린 메쉬 롤 코팅기가 직경 500 내지 1,200㎛의 홀(hole)을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (1)에 사용된 제 1 연마재 현탁액이 고형물 기준으로 40 내지 70 중량%의 연마재, 20 내지 50 중량%의 접착제 및 2 내지 30 중량%의 충진제를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,연마재가 5 내지 300㎛의 입경을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (1)에 사용된 제 1 연마재 현탁액이 25,000 내지 60,000 센티포이즈(CPS)의 점도(25℃에서) 및 80 내지 95 중량%의 고형분 함량을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (1)에서, 제 1 연마재 현탁액이 배면 시트 위에 100 내지 1,000 g/m2의 양으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (1)에서 형성되는 3차원 연마재 구조물이 500 내지 1,200㎛의 직경 및 300 내 지 700㎛의 높이를 가지며, 900 내지 1,800㎛의 간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (1)에서 형성되는 3차원 연마재 구조물이 원뿔형, 반원형, 원기둥형 또는 사각기둥형의 구조를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에서, 분사 코팅시의 분사 각도가 10 내지 70도 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에서, 분사 코팅이 배면 시트의 일측 또는 양측 및 진행방향 전후에 있는 하나 이상의 분사구를 통해서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에 사용된 제 2 연마재 현탁액이 고형물 기준으로 40 내지 70 중량%의 연마재, 20 내지 50 중량%의 접착제 및 2 내지 30 중량%의 충진제를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에 사용된 제 2 연마재 현탁액이 1,000 내지 3,000 CPS의 점도(25℃에서) 및 60 내지 80 중량%의 고형분 함량을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에서, 제 2 연마재 현탁액이 3차원 연마재 구조물 위에 500 내지 1,200 g/m2의 양으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에서 사용된 1차 접착제 조성물이 1,000 내지 2,000 CPS의 점도(25℃에서) 및 70 내지 80 중량%의 고형분 함량을 가지며, 70 내지 250 g/m2의 양으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에서 사용된 2차 접착제 조성물이 500 내지 2,000 CPS의 점도(25℃에서) 및 60 내지 80 중량%의 고형분 함량을 가지며, 50 내지 300 g/m2의 양으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에서, 연마재 입자가 100 내지 600 g/m2의 양으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (2)에서 형성되는 코팅된 3차원 연마재 구조물이 400 내지 1,000㎛의 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 배면 시트, 상기 배면 시트 위에 형성된 서로 이격된 3차원 연마재 구조물, 및 상기 연마재 구조물 위에 형성된 연마재 코팅층을 포함하는, 연마포지.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,연마재 코팅층이, 3차원 연마재 구조물의 상부 및 측면부에 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 연마포지.
