Claims (12)
- 베어 셀;상기 베어 셀에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 베어 셀과 대향하는 면의 이면에 보호회로의 정상 작동을 확인하기 위한 검사부가 구비되는 보호회로기판;상기 베어셀의 상측에 상기 보호회로 기판을 커버하도록 형성되며, 상기 검사부와 연통되어 상기 보호회로를 검사할 수 있도록 하는 검사홀을 가지는 상부 케이스; 및상기 검사홀을 커버하도록 상기 상부 케이스에 설치되는 침수확인부를 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보호회로기판은 회로기판 상에 보호회로 및 양성온도소자가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베어 셀은 양극 또는 음극중 선택된 어느 하나의 극성을 갖는 케이스;상기 케이스에 수용되는 전극 조립체; 및상기 케이스를 마감하며 상기 케이스와 다른 극성을 갖는 전극단자를 포함하는 캡 조립체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 전극단자는 음극 극성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 베어 셀에 보호회로의 정상 작동을 검사하기 위한 검사부를 가지는 보호회로기판을 연결시키는 단계;상기 검사부와 연통되어 상기 보호회로를 검사할 수 있도록 하는 검사홀을 가지는 상부 케이스를 상기 베어 셀의 상측에 상기 보호회로 기판을 커버하도록 결합시키는 단계;상기 검사홀을 통해 상기 보호회로기판의 상기 검사부를 검사함으로써 상기 보호회로의 정상 작동을 검사하는 단계; 및상기 검사홀을 커버하도록 상기 상부 케이스에 침수확인부를 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 팩 제조방법.
